As a tourist visiting Florida, Roca Mar was an excellent stop. The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentic, with generous portions and fair prices. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely a must-try if you’re craving good Mexican food. Would absolutely come back!

I came here and sat down for 10 minutes and never got helped. I waited another 5 or 10 minutes to read the menu for the 2nd time. Please have management talk to the staff and have them improve on customer service. Acknowledge anyone that walks through your door no matter what they look like or what they’re wearing. You might loose the best customer you had all month. Either way with so many restaurants around as a customer we have options so be sure to keep customers that go in not let them go.

Tremendo Mal Servicio! Para empezar, le pregunté si tenían aguas de orchata y me dice que si, Incluso que las hacian ahy mismo? Me dice que en 10mins mi orden esta lista, y claro no fue así, le tuve que dar mi número cellular a la persona de paso que por que no había sistema, La persona que me atiende se va del lugar, y cuando busco mi orden, las aguas son Jamaica, BUENOOO, se confundió, a los 27mins que mi orden esta “lista” y al confirmar yo la orden me falta comida, otros 15mins de espera, LA COMIDA MÁS DESAGRADABLE, El pollo tenía un mal olor, comida fría y no entiendo entonces la demora? Y las tortillas un poco gruesas Simplemente muy mal servicio, espero mejoren.

Este lugar es el más horrible restaurante que he visitado. En primer problema es el servicio al cliente. La servidora del restaurante no nos avisto que no había algunas comidas no estaban teniendo y aún así me dio la comida mal . Lo que pedí no fue lo que recibí. Luego nunca vino a preguntar cómo estaba todo y cuando le hablaba de algo me ignoró y eso no está bien. Pensé que iba a tener una buena comida pero nos trató mal no se porque. El servicio al cliente es muy importante para un establecimiento. Porfavor contra te gente amable con sonrisa y razón porque vas a perder mucha clientela. Quiera un retoño del lo que paque y una respuesta porfavor. Gracias.

Las aguas frescas no están nada bueno la vieja que atiende le pedí algo y termine y nunca lo trajo y muy mal te atienden y te avienta las cosas pésimo para ese negocio no lo recomiendo
