First time here. Food was hot and fresh. I went during my lunch break even though it did take awhile for them to prepare my food. So next time I will definitely call in ahead to order my food so it can be ready by the time I get there. I ordered steak hibachi with brown rice and vegetables. I can say the yum yum sauce was delicious. They have a table by the drink machine that has different sauces on it for you to add to your food. Overall I give this place three stars.

It was an “okay” for me. I ordered the General Tso tofu and added shrimp. I had to pay extra for noodles cause I don’t care for rice. There were no vegetables unless you get the salad as a side, and you’re supposed to get 2, l didn’t. I paid a dollar per added shrimp cause I only had 4. And my tofu was fried mushy inside. Probably won’t do this again. Everybody can’t cook tofu properly. They told me they had a kids’ meal, which is exactly the same price ad mine but in a much smaller container full of rice. And my 5 yr old didn’t eat it

If your internet is down put a sign on the door so people at waiting 10+ mins in line to order and then you tell them you are only accepting cash (in a digital world). Phone still rings through but no answer.

It’s really hard to find good customer service these days. Aside from the cashier kicking it with his homeboys at the register, and me waiting 20 minutes for food on my lunch break, them the order is all wrong, gave them a chance to fix it and that was worst. Not too mention I was the only person out of the six who gave a tip and my food was the only order wrong. Pay attention to the customer, treat this as a job.

I’ve been to this location twice now. The seating area isn’t great, although I didn’t mind too much. I noticed pretty full trash cans, and the ice machine ran out of ice. Could’ve been bad timing. The second time I noticed the miso sauce wasn’t out and there was trash on floor. All of that is cosmetic!
The food and service is great! I recommend getting it togo 🙂

I am beyond disgusted and displeased with the way my customer service was handled. I order my food and did not check it till I clocked in for work. Which I work 12 hour shifts. When I proceeded to open my food I started eating it and noticed a roach leg in my food! I was beyond shocked and disgusted. So I called Robotos and kindly asked to speak to a manger to tell them what happened and I asked for a refund of my money. The manager proceeded to tell me they don’t have any roaches and that the roach must’ve came from inside my car and into my food. Crazyyy right? Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never buy food from them again. Not once did the manager apologies after I told him I have a photo proof of it. He was reluctant to even give me a refund and told me he would make me another plate only if I came back the same day. I told him that wasn’t possible because I just got to work and I work a 12 hour shift. I didn’t even want another plate after seeing a roach leg sautéed in my food with all the oil. I just wanted a refund and that’s it. Terrible service especially from the manager.

Used to come here at least once a week until a not so good experience. Then once I decide to go back I order steak hibachi with fried rice and well done veggies I get back to work with no fried rice and veggies not well done! The bottom of my bag was full of liquid from coming out the box , I Call the store and they tell me the manager has left the store “to go get something from the store” and they would have them call as soon as they come back. This happens on Friday and here it is Monday with no call back.
