I went here for lunch today and Kelly was so welcoming. Super friendly and super nice. The wait for the food was a little longer than it should have been but it was when they first opened so I’m sure the kitchen was running behind. Honestly not a big deal. Once the food came out I was happy and it tasted great!!! I’m in town once a month for work and I think I found my new lunch joint!

Christmas party, group of 10. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was delicious and the drinks timely. Only minor complaint was the price was a tad higher than I’d like — but I just blame the economy.

BEWARE HORRIBLE RESTAURANT AND THEY MAY DOUBLE CHARGE YOU!!!

This restaurant has gone down hill severely. Couple years ago it was decent and enjoyed eating there. Now oh my beware most of the servers will ignore you or not return to check on you. Also after multiple times there we have experienced bad service, horrible food and the price keeps going up while things go downhill. Gave them one final chance with some in laws visiting well they failed. Took a hr and a half for our food with no other orders before us and 1 sandwich was a extra 20 minutes late. They will charge you 3$ a drink and the same for every refill this was on ice teas and standard sodas. Find anywhere else too eat in plentywood. There are many better places available this is not one(try cousins or blue moon). Also owners dont care and dont care about refunding people over double charges etc.

This was the last straw for me. We have tried this place a few times before and left disappointed. It was late in the evening and we were hungry so we decided to give it another shot. After an hour and a half our food comes. Well, almost all of it. We had to wait an additional 20 mins for a cold turkey sandwich. When the turkey sandwich finally came out, the bacon on it was so crispy and burnt I could hear it being chewed. All of our fries were cold and burgers were burnt. They resembled hockey pucks. The chicken sandwiches were rubbery and cold. Keep in mind the restaurant was not busy at all there were no other tickets ahead of us. There was one other table in there and a couple people at the bar. The waitress put charges on our ticket from other tables. She tried to “void” the transaction but instead charged us a second time. This place is undeserving of any stars but I had to put one. Not to mention its way over priced for the quality of food you are getting. They charge you for refills and ranch. My advice, save your money and enjoy all the other reasonably priced and great quality restaurants in Plentywood.

November 2020 Update: Mary Ellen is the crown jewel in the RH crown. Fantastic fries and cocktails! Wow!! Love her!! So funny! Such a great soul!!!! Perfection!

It took an hour and a half to receive our food. When we got it finally it was cold, it took all that time to cook 3 burgers 2 chicken sandwichs and a ham sandwich. All of the burgers were so over cooked I could hardly cut them with the steak knife. The buns were crap. The place was not busy at all one other table and they already had their order. Don’t understand what took so long . Not happy at all. And our bill was Well over 115.00 for the garbage they served us the waitress goes sorry we will do better next time, I replied there won’t be a next time. Way over priced.we left very angry.

Arrived just after 9:00 pm. Waited at bar to order. Service was very slow. One girl busy with tables another sitting in back on her phone. When I did get service the girls were friendly. I ordered a hamburger and a beer. The girl took order to kitchen. Not to long noticed chef tell girls something. Soon she arrived to tell me kitchen was closed at 9:00. Neither of the girls were aware of that. The sign on door said nothing about closing at 9. Too bad as the restaurant is only place open. Good potential but service needs to be addressed and someone that wants to work in kitchen.

First night we went here was great, food was awesome and no complaints. We went back a second night on our trip and it wasn’t any more busy but the bartenders didn’t even acknowledge our presence for at least 15 minutes if not longer. There were four people at the bar including us two. We left because it was ridiculous and went to Blue Moon for pizza which was fantastic.
