The service was polite! This restaurant has a laid back vibe. You can get a flavor of a local recipe here. I’m glad it’s family owned and operated. The mushrooms & pepperoni pizza was excellent! There are plenty of desert options as well. For instance, the chocolate lava cake was delicious! There is also a points system you can sign up for to save money!

I have no idea what happened to this place! The garlic knots were raw on the inside, they were tiny in size. No hospitality at all, you now order at the counter. No silverware at the tables, self service water station (had no idea until I was told). Too bad… I really liked this place. Will not be coming back.

Wow! First time in tonight and it was amazing! Mandi was our hostess/ Waitress she was on top of it!!! Great recommendations and upselling! It started to get busy but she never dropped the ball always checking in on us. Super impressed!

This used to be our favorite pizza spot for ordering until tonight. We ordered a xl pepperoni pizza. When it arrived and we opened the box, the pizza was mangled and looked like it had been dropped on the ground and someone attempted to put it back together. Upon further inspection we realized that it was 2 different pizzas mushed together to make it look like one pizza. I called them and the kitchen said they were just trying to make it fit in th box. Which is the biggest crock ive heard. Spoke to the manager who said to go through doordash and get my money back, which i did. However this brings up health concerns and other concerns as well as to how they handle their customer care. We are definitely looking for a new pizza place now.

We normally love this place but lately the quality has gone downhill. For the past 3 months it’s about 50/50 on whether the order is correct. We’ve even resorted to calling after we place an order to ensure we’ll get the ranch, fries, etc. that we order. This time we got a cheese pizza with partially cooked pepperoni on top as if they forgot to add it and added it after the pizza was cooked. So disappointed because my family loved this place

I usually love Roberts, and have been going here for years. Unfortunately, they’ve hired some new servers and bartenders and service was completely not existent. Stepped up to the bar, only to wait for 20min just to even get an acknowledgement from the bartender. He proceeded to go the bathroom 3 times within 20min, which became obvious and concerning(i.e.nose candy) At that point, I had had enough, and just left.
The food is delicious, but if this is the new standard for service, I won’t be coming back.

I don’t know who the star of the show was. The stromboli was amazing. The cannoli was just like mom used to make. Props to the cook and whoever designed the menu.
The food was outshined by the magnificent service. In the midst of a packed restaurant rush hour, my server Maddie, gave me the best service I’ve had in years! The art of attentiveness is alive and well here.
This restaurant is not very close to me but, I will definitely go out of my way to return when I’m in the mood for stromboli and cannolis.

Robert’s Italian Restaurant and Deli is a true hole-in-the-wall. The location isn’t great, but it’s been around a long time for a reason. Family-owned and operated, they serve excellent Italian deli items, pizza, and other classic Italian dishes. A solid spot for authentic flavors with a local feel.
