The staff here was rude. On a Friday night at about 8PM half the chairs in the dining room weee up on the tables like they were about to close. Add to this there are 2 entrances and each door has a very loud alarm/buzzer that sound whenever someone opens the door, making for a very annoying eating experience. Love Roberto’s but won’t go back here unless things change.

I ve been ordering from this location. I always order carne asada fries. Cashier is nice but I noticed that verytime they are giving me even less fries. If I didn’t had to be at work 30 mins away I would turn back and ask for refund. Its almost half empty. Cheap service

The parking space for the eatery is good. The dining space for the restaurant is good. It is clean. The decor is kind of sparse and is typical for a Robert’s. The carne asada plate was good and a good size portion. I recommend their breakfast burritos. Burritos are pretty good and filling.

This location does not serve fresh carne asada to late night or early morning customers. The meat was obviously cooked prior and just grilled again for heat. It was dry, burnt, and greasy.

If I can leave a 0 I would. I got the chicken tacos and got sick from it and when I called the store I spoke with “she said her name is Denise” and she said no manger is on the duty. I would have to wait a whole two days to be able to even speak with a manger. Which is insane there should always be a manger available to help.

Very rude drive trough cashier yelled and while charging me full price for the “Monday” special after I asked for the discount. Very disappointed and won’t be back to this Roberto’s apparently it’s different for all locations.

Ordered a beef burrito and cheese enchilada combo. The burrito was 98% peppers and onions no amount of beef and the enchilada was so salty. The rice tasted like it had been sitting around. Service was ok but the counter girl spoke little English. Taco Bell would have been better for the money.

I will never eat at this place again. Taqitos we’re frozen. Dropped in a fryer with zero flavor. Jack grated on top was not even melted. I wish I had taken a picture but dumped it in the trash because it was so gross. Try this place in the downtown arts district called Letty’s warning ⚠️ this picture is not from here but from Letty’s the week after I tried the food here. This is what a taqito is supposed to look like. It was $3 more but worth it.
