This guy meeds to be fired Robertos!!! I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for him to open the door, even knocked and everything. I Gave him the benefit of the doubt for the 1st couple minutes, you know maybe he was busy, but no he was just on his phone, he even looked over at me and just went back to his phone. I knocked again and was completely ignored. I ended up just leaving. This experience was the worst Ive ever had at Robertos.

It’s very much like a Mexican diner. The restaurant is open 24 hours, which is why I went… It was late and everything quick was closed. For that reason it was super convenient! The friendly staff quickly made burritos for my husband who would be getting out of work at 10:30. I put the burritos in the back seat. They were in a styrofoam container. We had an accident on the way home and the burritos dropped to the floor and went under my seat. They were in tact but a total mess when we grabbed them. My husband ate them anyways and said they were amazing.

Roberto‘s burritos are always amazing. Their tacos are great. Also it’s great because it’s open 24 hours and it gives me a better choice than McDonald’s, which is pure garbage. I would rather eat Roberto‘s burrito or an enchilada at four in the morning because it’s open and ready to go

I come here all the time after work to get a bean & cheese burrito and a couple chicken tacos. I really like coming to this location because the staff is always so nice, and make the best Mexican food. Their prices are so reasonable the parking is super easy and they are open 24 hours.

This Roberto’s didn’t do okay this day. I needed to go to the restroom and wouldn’t you know, the breakfast burrito I ordered was over cooked. Dry as can be. Lowsy to eat. I can’t blame the rest of the staff so I didn’t return the burrito and it’s also all I usually order from Roberto’s in addition to a soda. The staff were also hating and making slanderous remarks about whether or not I was from Nevada or if I worked. I don’t have an accent like they all do and I graduated from college. Does it take a college degree to prepare Mexican food? Why would you go out of your way to hate a customer for no reason. My bill is usually always the same at Roberto’s, $12.41. I probably frequent their restaurants around four to five times a week. That would equal over $200.00 a month. Why the poor taste in a over cooked burrito and why all the hate Roberto’s?

Ordered a Number 3 this evening. Unfortunately the enchiladas were not good. They had little cheese, almost no enchilada sauce and were loaded with carrots !! Pretty crazy – the only part identifiable was the tortilla and is was old and hard. Refried beans were good, fried rice was old. All in all a poor showing for Roberto’s. We visit Roberto’s fairly often but we’ll not go to this location again. There’s a location at Rainbow and Valley View that we’ll go to next time – hopefully the quality of the meal will be better.

Ordered chips with chicken and toppings. These are the huge chunks of tomatoes that were in there. No other tomatoes just those 2 huge chunks. Usually they are very good.
