The gentlemen who were making my food were very nice. The lady who took my order was rude and she also insulted me, but thought I could not speak Spanish. She was very unwelcoming. It seemed like I was a hindrance to her plans instead of a customer. But also, when I got home, my chimichanga was basically just tortilla. The tacos were amazing. My enchiladas weren’t as good as they usually are. I am not one to typically leave negative reviews. And overall still an amazing place. But that young lady just made me feel like I was a burden as a customer. It was not my normal experience

Clean restaurant the door faces the sun so the handles get really hot they have a rag on one and it helps alot. Tortilla chips and shreaded beef with cheese and sour cream was LOADED for $13 Is such a good deal.

1.) Side of rice $3.70 Rice was fresh and prepared well.

This is my goto place after a long day and don’t want to go home. I enjoy this spot. it’s quiet, and food is always great. The young lady is really nice and always greets you at the counter with a smile. She knows what I like and makes me feel at home. This is one of the better spots in the valley.

Love Roberto’s! Especially this location. Everyone is friendly and very efficient. Ordered the carne asada fries, and they loaded up the fries with meat. So good!
Also ordered the #2, which was a bean/cheese tostada and a cheese enchilada served with rice and beans. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

I will never recommend this place to anyone all i wanted was chicken tacos with a soft tortilla not cripsy and when i asked the cashier if i could get it soft instead of crispy she flat out said no. U have soft tortillas yes? How hard is it to not fry it and build the dang taco on it. Frustrating. She was pretty rude and standoff ish but i dont think she understands english very well.
3 minutes later. (Lol!!) i spoke to someone who knows english and she helped me order it. Language barriers are tough!!! So if u come here and dont fluently speak Spanish get rhat translator out! I originally rated one star but gave them 3 for the fix.

Terrible….. Not all Roberto’s are equal! There are some good places and there are some bad. This one on hualapai is terrible. I stopped to get two tostadas. The drive-thru window at 116° outside I left with one came all the way home realized it was only one. It had to go all the way back and then they were stunned that they didn’t give me two even though I paid for the two. Then I opened up the box, one was soggy and then I realized one even had almost cheese. Terrible. They put 12 lb of beans on. It was the worst tostada I’ve ever had. I’ve also tried their chili rellanos and they are also terrible. They don’t even cook their chili. They just wrap it up in the egg batter and serve you and it’s hard you can’t bite through it. You can’t even eat it it’s terrible. I will not be going back to this location. I don’t know why I did today. 12.45 wasted on two disgusting items that I cannot say enough bad things about. Oh yeah the tortillas were burnt as well. Overcooked. Yuk!
