I usually really like Roberto’s but unfortunately, this one fell short. First, they messed up my order. I think it was due to a language barrier but that’s still frustrating to have to sit and watch everyone else eat while your food is being re-made. Then, the replacement had a huge chunk of bone or cartilage in the fish which just led to me giving up and throwing it away. We won’t be back

The cashier was rude as hell and asked my husband if he was at the correct location when he went to pick up our order. I went inside to confirm the address and he went to the cook to tell him in Spanish and he was talking crap which was to his surprise when my husband spoke Spanish when he walked back. He played stupid like he couldn’t understand my husband then a rude “yeah I know” when my husband said in English what time our order should’ve been ready. If you knew it was supposed to be ready 17 minutes after we placed our order then why was it all of a sudden being made 3 minutes after the fact when we were the only ones inside the restaurant and no one was in the drive thru? Food tasted great. Service was AWFUL. Teach that kid some manners or a lesson and fire him.

I have been coming to this location for 5+ years. The taco salad was a good portion then but over the years the price has increased while the quality and portion have shrunk. I will not be coming back anytime soon. I spend $10 for this salad and its not worth that price.

Roberto‘s is supposed to be 24 hours that means inside the lobby however, this location doesn’t like to honor that they have their inside closed in required me to walk through the drive-through to even get an order that’s crazy however the smothered enchiladas and the bean and cheese burritos are absolutely fabulous and extra large and delicious Roberto‘s never disappoints on taste and portions

Poor costumer service, always short stuffed. There is only two people working in the entire restaurant, utensils are not were to find you have to ask them for napkins forks they have it inside and if they are busy then you have to wait for it. We are always pleased with our food here. We aways order take out, never ate inside. Very few time have gotten our order not right. Food is always made to order and fresh. We eat here alot. We also order pretty much the same food evertime, which is the shredded beef hardshell tacos with the green chilli salsa or in Spanish called salsa verde . They are tasty. We have ordered other foods and we have always been pleased with it. Service is always friendly.
