11:00 AM The cashier isn’t having a good day; she treats you like you’re just another customer and gives you dirty looks. She doesn’t seem to have much experience as a cashier. The portion of the roast beef fries has decreased; they give you less than before. I had been to this place before, and the cashier I had then was friendly, and my food was excellent, but this time, maybe they were just having a bad day.

Late night spot for any local in Vegas after going to the club. Please keep in mind. They turn off their fryers at 2 AM so most of the time you can only get breakfast burritos, but that’s no problem. It was so good nonetheless.

First time trying out this location and personally, I thought the burrito I got was flavorless, cold and had nothing in it. I didn’t even eat the chips because they tasted funny and looked like they were fried in old oil. 2 stars because I liked the horchata but everything else I got wasn’t good.

For a restaurant that opens 24 hours, roberto’s never disappoints. Jamaica Fresca is my favorite. I always get the breakfast burrito or chicken burrito. They have the base basic burritos and you can add additional toppings of choice for extra charge. I can get a huge burrito for around $8-9 worth two meals. Basic ones start around $5 I think but it’s priced very reasonably for the portion. Good food and quick service.

I’m a Californian, and I recently moved to Las Vegas, so I won’t even compare on that note. I do like Roberto’s Menudo, I just have to continuously ask please make sure you put meat in it and not just juice .So moving forward. I went there last night and I visited this location many times but I didn’t like is that so carnitas burrito, was dry and they didn’t make it like I asked. I I asked very nicely, I’m never rude to people. So with that being said.
This has happened couple of times so from now on I’ll just get the menudo. Is there any good places for menudo in Las Vegas? because my go to “spots” Los Angeles California, would take the gold medal for the good menudo and other Mexican food favorites .My meat was very tough! it seemed very old. I could have did better going to Superior market which is one of my favorites their food is very good but I thought they were closed last night please do better “Roberto’s” The customer service it’s okay. The restaurant is very clean but the staff I don’t know. The three stars what is for the menudos and those the jalapenos carrots and onions the salsas was watered down and I mean watered down

Who is this cashier/cook? My food was greasy and burnt. I won’t spend my money here as long as she works here. Pathetic.

Good if ur hungry at 3am as this place never closes. A bit expensive but then again what place isn’t these days. Food was delicious. The horchata is authentic, not that “made from concentrate” crap. Highly recommend the horchata. The meat used for the carne asada is the chewy cheap kind but they season and cook it well. If you want to save money I suggest sharing entrees as the meal portions are enormous. Me and my son shared the carne asada fries and we both got full from that and there was still leftovers.
As for the employees I think they did their job just fine depending how you look at it. I don’t think they are really trained in customer service as they weren’t overly friendly but they sure know how to cook lol.

Great carne asada fries and very fast. Prices are a bit high but I can forgive that
