Several large pieces of eggshell were in my breakfast burrito—each about the size of a nickel. A tiny shell slipping into food can happen, but not pieces this big, and not three of them. It honestly felt like half an egg’s shell ended up in my burrito.
Within the first few bites, I hit the first shell and spat it out, trying to move on. After the second, I realized how large the pieces were and started inspecting every bite. Sure enough, there was a third one.
There was only one person working in the store, and they both took my payment and cooked the food, which may have contributed. Still, this shows a lack of attention to food quality. This was my first visit to this location, and after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I visited last night (12/27/2025) at about 7:30pm to pick up dinner for my wife and I. I ordered our food and specifically asked for no guacamole on my wife’s rolled tacos, as she is deathly allergic to avocado. When I received the food it had guacamole on it, which was not a big deal because I caught it before going home and asked them to fix the order. While they did remake the item, the cook proceeded to sing a song about mandilones and called me a pinche mentiroso when I reiterated that my wife is deathly allergic to avocados. The female cashier did not admonish the make cook, but seemed to find humor in his remarks. I am a light skinned Mexican, so they must have thought I did not speak any Spanish, thus were able to treat a steady customer with disdain and disrespect. Very disappointing, as my father in law and I live close to this establishment and frequent it regularly. Needless to say, we will not be returning to a place where this kind of customer service is to be expected, and will warn off all of our friends and family, especially when there are so many other options in the Vegas valley. Disappointed, disheartened, and frankly, disgusted.

Burritos were bland, the beans had no salt or flavor. They forgot to give me salsa and the avocado looks like it was sitting there for hours. Veggies had no crunch and the cheese was like rubber. Overpriced, tastes like a 3 dollar burrito when it was 9.99.

This store has gone downhill to an egregious degree. I used to come here all the time, but today I ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos, got them home and found the skimpiest burritos I’ve ever seen come out of ANY Roberto’s. I called about getting a refund and they told me I had to come back in. I’m a regular, I never complain about the food it should have been handled right then and there; this was awful customer service. I’m now walking back to the store as I write this new review so I can get my money back. Food prices being what they are I can’t tolerate being skimped so badly. Also worth noting is that the salsa bar was low on everything, they had 3 sodas out of service and the place was dirty. No clue what happened to this place but they either need new management, new employees, or to close.

Food was good and the customer service was exceptional! Was in town for Bball tourney and decided to eat here. We all enjoyed our food and the guys there were great. We basically had the place to ourselves. I prefer this spot to the one on the strip(or close to it).

1st of all the drive thru took 5 min to greet me then said “one sec” then took another 5min to actually take my order. I ordered 3 bacon breakfast burritos which they took 15min to give me. Finally get home and to my disappointment let’s just say they’re the WORST bacon burritos I’ve ever ate. They had no egg and whatever egg it did have was burnt; the bacon was old as if they had it in the fridge for a week and then reheated it the pieces looked black and we’re hard to bite; the potatoes were hard as well definitely NOT WORTH the $9 I spent per burrito and not to mention I asked to add sausage on one of the burritos which they charged me an extra $2 and it only had like 3 pieces of it. I hope the owner sees this and maybe retrain their cooks on how to properly make a burrito which isn’t rocket science and also have better care for the actual meats and not reuse it which isn’t healthy to the consumer just to save money when it’s clear the customer isn’t saving any.

Literally got this not even 20 minutes ago and it tastes for some reason like fish or cat food tempted to actually take it in and have it tested. This is not a tamale other than that everything was fine but now I’m questioning the fact that he went back and I heard the toilet flush. If I could post a picture of it up I would. I am legitly mad I just got off work that was the haven’t got to eat all day go to get food and it wasn’t even worth it.
