I had such a lovely experience at Robeks! I ordered the Raspberry Romance and it was delicious, refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. What made the visit even better was the wonderful service. Desiree helped me with my order and she was so friendly and attentive. She made the whole experience feel welcoming.

Always saw this place by Target and finally decided to try it, and I am so glad I did. I usually do not write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to show appreciation to Jen. You can tell she really cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. People like her make the whole place feel different in the best way. I never like feeling rushed or awkward when I take my time ordering, but she was patient and gave me great suggestions based on what I like. She was even honest about which drinks were sweeter than others, which helped a lot. I tried an Acai bowl for the first time and it was amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

I discovered this location for the first time and had such a great experience here! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, helpful and their selection is healthy! There are so many great menu items that I felt a bit overwhelmed of what to get so I asked for a few suggestions by your lovely employee Desiree! She helped me out by explaining each category and recommending me a few good options. She was super friendly, had such a great vibe and patience to what I was looking for! I decided on the Queen of all Greens, it was clean and tasty. I plan on returning again soon!

I have been eyeing this place for so long and im so glad i finally decided to stop by!! Right when you walk in you are greeted by the most awesome staff, I automatically felt so welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Desiree was very friendly and patient with me as she helped me navigate through the menu at robeks.

The atmosphere was very friendly and warm during my visit recently! I typically don’t write reviews but I needed to give Desiree a shout out! The service is quick, clean store, attentive to detail. She gave me a run through each category on the menu, answering each of my questions and helped me discover the nutty acai bowl. Shoutout to Desiree for being a sport!! Me and my family have been feeling under the weather so we decided to head to robeks since we were all craving something healthy and fresh. We were having a difficult time navigating through the menu but Desiree showed an amazing amount of patience and wonderful customer service by helping me and my kids pick out yummy smoothies!!! Not to mention the place is so tidy and clean which just makes it an incredibly comfortable experience. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this location to explore more yummy treats If you are ever in the sylmar area this is the place to go, 100%!!!!!

Went here from coming back from my deployment in the mediterranean since a lot of my friends suggested it and i do love smoothies. Going to the front desk and ordering this kind gentleman treated me well, listened correctly and gave me no troubles at all and had to find out his name. His name is Derek Jovel and wish to have all the workers just like him treating me well and giving me what i wanted. In all my time in the navy and everywhere i went this man was the most kindest and hard working man Ive ever met. 10/10 experience and 10/10 taste for smoothies. Derek Jovel is a fine worker and hope to see him there again!!!
