Have been a customer of this location since I moved to Goodyear in 2014. The smoothies are always good, however, Customer service has decreased significantly. Staff acts miserable and are not eager to help. The location off Dysart and Camelback offers much better service and is where we’ll be going moving forward. Employees need to be trained on phone etiquette and greeting customers when walking in, very unwelcoming environment, which does not coincide with the high prices. Prices seem to keep increasing while customer service is decreasing.

I love Robeks! My smoothie was yummy and I love the avocado toast! Very clean inside and the service was great! Dominic was the one who helped me. Very nice, professional and super helpful! All of the employees have always been nice and accommodating.

I have to edit my previous 5 star review, as their service and quality has gone way down (see photos of 2 different avocado toasts that they gave us, both photos taken within 5 minutes of receiving them). Orders are frequently wrong (including leaving out items that we paid extra for), there’s no acknowledgement/attempt to make it right, and the service is really lacking. Staff will pretend not to see you when you arrive for an online order. Overall I’m disappointed, as we used to come here all the time. We will be finding somewhere else to regularly order from!

Stopped by because I was craving a healthy smoothie. I ended up getting the Mango Tumeric Madness with an added energy shot. For my kids I got the Queen of all Greens with added immunity. My kids loved it and I love that they were able to get some veggie servings in. I spent $25 on 3 small smoothies so about as expensive as any other smoothie/drink spots.

I came in & ordered my bowl, 2 people were already waiting outside which the cashier requested everyone do. 4 other people came after me & were handed their orders outside with the employees adding “sorry for the wait.” Well, 15 minutes later I had to go in & find out why my order was taking so long. Well I guess it was just in the freezer because I was handed my order with no “sorry for the wait” since I was waiting the longest & was sitting directly outside of the window where the items are made. Work on your customer service for all Patrons !
