When I got there I was greeted with a smile. The staff was very nice, helpful and patient. I ordered the ABC juice and the Egg Avocado toast which totaled out to $21. They made everything fast and it was delicious. I told them I would be back and they advised me to download the app. Happy to have a healthy place to come to in Cutler Bay.

I love this place , ive been coming to Robeks for multiple years , i first tried Robeks in Lehigh acres , then when i was in the military I had it California and also Washington . I’m a local born and raised in Miami fl , I work in the palmetto and cutler Bay Area and I always come here . I came to make an order during lunch to have an açaí bowl and ivy was so kind and thoughtful she saw I only had $100 and she has no change and was so nice enough to redeem rewards to get me a free açaí bowl . Extremely thoughtful and thankful for her going the extra mile for her customers . Absolutely exceptional, I’m extremely grateful for the attention she gave me . She went out of her way

The staff frequently arrives late to work, despite the store opening at 7:00 AM, yet they often arrive approximately 45 minutes later. Additionally, the quality of the food is considerably inferior compared to other Robek’s locations. Management needs to address these issues promptly.
