I love Robeks however this location is never open on time. I have tried stopping several times between 8 and 8:15 AM on my way to work and they say they open at 8 AM but they are never there. They should just change their hours of operation, once I preordered a smoothie on the app and ended up being late waiting for the team to arrive 30 minutes late.
The smoothies are good but DO NOT ORDER AHEAD on the app, you may not get your smoothie if the staff is late or not there.

I’ve given this place to try a couple times, and it just never seems up to par. I go to Robeks almost every day. You should do a different location. They don’t really make smoothies, they Blend them so much that it’s basically all liquid and juice. I went to order a nuts about protein which I order frequently, and it just did not taste right. It’s almost as if they forgot to put something in. For a $12 smoothie I should get what I ordered. I do at all the other locations.

I am from the Chicagoland area and I missed Robeks so much! I love the fact that they use real frozen fruit instead of ice! I hate watered down smoothies and the other places in the DMV just haven’t been cutting it! I’m sooooo glad Robeks is here! I’m also a nutritionist and love that I can customize my order and send my patients after treatments.

I’ve always had an amazing experience. But they advertise that they’re open at 8am, and I’m outside waiting for them to open and it’s 8:20am.
Edit: I tried again today (11/1) at 8am, and they are not open. I could not see anyone in the store even preparing it to open. I was originally not going to further comment, but I’m disappointed. I waited outside for 15 minutes. Thank you to the owner for responding to my message. I was not going to follow up, but I am now.

Great environment. This was my first time here. Cashier was nice and pleasant. Brownie point for being a sista! I got a smoothie for today and one for tomorrow morning. Minus one star for the price. But the smoothie is actually quite good.

Something has changed with this location!
It used to be filled with friendly employees that would greet you before you’re halfway in the store and answer all of your questions about the offerings, but now it is run by employees that look bored, don’t greet the customers, and use their fingers to point at the menu without a word.
As I live across the street from the store, I drop by quite often – at least once a week – and have done so for the past few years.
Today (June 11, 2019, in the afternoon), however, there were over three employees standing around chatting and laughing, but not one greeted me, and I was the only customer in the store. When I asked about a smoothie I had yet to try, the employee pointed to the menu expecting me to read the ingredients.
This is a neighborhood branch, where repeat business from “neighbors” is key, not located in a mall; hence, you lose one customer and you lose the family business, the street, etc.
If the owner/management is reading this, replace ALL employees that worked there today!

I will never give this place my money and business. I never get my rewards. They have bad customer service. The app doesn’t give me the rewards after I purchase my drink. The drink is expensive enough and the person who rings me up doesn’t understand English. No more business for you. You have horrible customer service.
