This was my first time visiting and I was hoping to get something quickly in between shopping trips. I’m glad I didn’t have a deadline because I ended up waiting 20-25 minutes to get my toast. There were only 2 employees and apparently right before I walked in, there was a massive order placed and they were scrambling to get it all done. The employees were nice and it wasn’t their fault, but I didn’t know that until after they let me order, so it would have been nice if they let me know ahead of time. I probably would have chosen to go elsewhere. Instead I sat and waited. The everything avocado toast was very good, but if you go in, based on my experience and the other reviews, plan to wait.

I was a consistent customer at this location because the lady(I think she’s the manager) who was usually in was always wonderful and on time with my mobile orders. That is not the case with anyone else working. If she’s not there my mobile orders are never made on time and whoever that is up now has 0 sense of urgency. I shouldn’t be waiting over 20 minutes for a mobile order of an avocado toast and juice. I had to cancel my mobile order on 11/14 because the amount it time it was taking and I have yet to get my refund or even hear back from the store. Unacceptable.

I always have a great experience here, but today I was really disappointed. I ordered through Uber eats and paid full price (35.50) for 3 bowls and they sent me two half empty!? It looks like they simply poured out some from the other bowl to equal it out and didn’t care to make it correctly! I’ve never had this issue and I love this place. Hopefully this is just a once time issue, because this place always makes my bowls perfectly. Other than this one issue today, I really like this place and I’ll keep ordering.

ONE PERSON working in a Saturday afternoon, waited 40 minutes for a bowl and 4 smoothies. No napkins, seating is sparse, order made wrong initially (after using kiosk to order)… it’s just not worth it to go here.

Worst one in the area. Not enough workers and takes forever for items to get to you. Most recently there was only one female working there who didn’t look like she was eager to get the next orders or even look like she knows what she’s doing. I left after 10 minutes or so. The area is high traffic and yet makes no sense how they do business here. Hire more competent help or just close this location.

The worst experience ever, I have been calling like over 10 times because I made an order exact at 9:10am because store supposed to be open at 8 am, this is my third time that I came on a Saturday and they do not open on time I had to wait like over 10 minutes to have someone open the store to be able to get what I paid, but today is different cause I made my order at 9:10 and when I get there at 9:31 the store was closed, not even a sign at the door saying that they will be closed, I call so many times cause I had to drive 15-20 minutes just to get there if they will be closing should not people order ahead through the app, this is unacceptable having wasted people money and time and worst part is that in the app there is not an option to cancel or get your refund I need the manager to contact me back she knows me I am current costumer but since it’s been the third time I can’t handle this anymore, they need to do better as costumer services

LaSt time I came different management and they messed up my age buster . This time I ordered the root to stem and glad they asked about ice . Surprised I didn’t receive my $1 off . The chips here are different that on e in Reston which has a nice assortment .
