Nobody greeted me when I walked in. I waited a few moments, then decided I guess I’ll have to place my order on the kiosk screen. Still wasn’t acknowledged at all, by either worker. When smoothie was done, she said “here ya go”. No eye contact, no smile. I said “thank you”. She said “you’re welcome”. No “thank you, have a nice day” or anything. Smoothie was good. Service not so much.

Went here the other day, felt like having a refreshing smoothie. Ordered the strawberry+banana one and was not disappointed. It was fresh, cold, and tasty, a great rereshing drink for a hot summer day. The employee at the counter was friendly and patient, and my order was made quickly. The place was very clean and tidy. All in all, would go back again next chance I get!

Great experience overall! Immediately greeted as I walked in, I could tell staff was in mid conversation and instantly stopped it to greet me and take my order. Upon placing my order I had a couple questions to which they were quick to answer and provide valuable feedback. I got the nuts about protein smoothie and the fig prosciutto toast. I was hesitant about the smoothie being coffee, peanut butter, and cinnamon but the ratios of the flavor were perfect it was a little hint of everything that went down quick and smooth with a delicious aftertaste of each. As you can see in the picture they did not skimp out on the prosciutto and everything tasted fresh. I will definitely be going back. The place was sparkling clean and all of the staff was friendly, working as one and well put together. I hope they get some more protein smoothies on the menu soon!

If you don’t mind unsanitary and unsafe food/drink handling this is the place for you. Wish I could give 0 stars. Not only do things sit out of temp, employee was wiping nose all over her face and touching food and equipment. Canceled our order. Management and health dept. should take notice. Overshadowed the lackluster customer service that’s for sure. No thanks.

They care about their customers. I had order the night before but my car broke down and wasn’t able to make it in time before the closed. When I called the next day and asked if could get a refund or get the same order again. They couldn’t do a refund but offered to give my order again with 30% discount. I was happy with that option because i understand it’s a business but they understood my issue too. Definitely gain a customer and the bowls and shakes was amazing. Thanks robeks

The person who took my order had an attitude which was somewhat off putting being this was my first time coming here. I think having a welcoming environment especially for a new business in town is very important and when you make someone feel unwelcome they are less likely to come back. Best Spot in Bristol!! I go here almost every day for my breakfast or lunch OR BOTH. They’re just so good and so fresh that I can’t go a day without it. I went in and ordered the pina koolada and avacado toast it was so delicious and flavorful. It was a wonderful experience to see that they make everything right in front of you. Denise R was so wonderful and patient while we chose what we wanted. If you would like a wonderful experience pop into roebucks in the Bristol shopping plaza on route six everyone in there was so wonderful , polite and pleasant

Saw the manager pick her nose with her 2” nails then reach into the fruit bin. Immediately cancelled my order. They shot me evil looks the whole way out. Nobody on staff was trained in sanitation practices and they could not care less that they lost our business. I am connected with the health department (unbeknownst to them) they will be making an appearance by Monday. Good luck coming out from this one guys
