It’s always seems difficult to find a breakfast place that doesn’t just do the basics. At Roasted they have your basics, but also things I’ve never seen anywhere else, all of which are seasoned well and have flavor. I left very satisfied and will most defiantly be back when in the area. Lots of delicious vegan options. Friendly staff. It is loud inside, but they also have outdoor seating along the sidewalk.

My fav breakfast spot! The cinnamon roll pancakes and breakfast potatoes are phenomenal. It’s a tiny place and always busy so waiting happens. Also keep in mind the pancakes change up and the cinnamon roll may not be available. Always call and check.

We decided on a south Bethlehem breakfast this morning. After being seated I asked for coffee and the response was what kind of coffee. Regular or coconut cream. I promptly agreed to the coconut only because I was surprised. A good choice I must say. After some pots and pans clanking we enjoyed one of the best gourmet breakfasts I have eaten in a long time. Please go here and enjoy this fantastic food. Every order is made fresh and with love.

Amazing! Delicious! Great tasting food, the service was outstanding! My food was so good, the Oreo cookies French was on another level. This place is not that big, the wait was like 30 minutes, but the food is worth whatever wait there is I will be returning that’s for sure!

A small, local business with an excellent menu that has vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Servers were very friendly and welcoming. Options for indoor or outdoor seating. Prices were very reasonable!!

Ok! I’ll start off with the goods with is mostly everything! I made my own omelet with cheese, sausage, caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes on the side and white toast which came with jelly and butter on the side. I forgot to take a picture of the meal Bcaz it was so good! I got the regular pancake which was huge! So I can’t even imagine the baby daddy one which suggests it’s bigger. The syrup was so good. I’ve never had good syrup like that before! Service was extremely fast! We waited maybe ten minutes if that for our food! Probably one of the best brunch places I’ve been. Now for the down falls just in my eyes, some people might be ok with it but just my pet peeves. It was a little too snug for me and maybe Bcaz it was an open kitchen my coat smelled like good after leaving! That’s all but everything else was spot on! Definitely returning.

If I could give this place a 6 star review I would, everyone here is so kind, the service is quick and the food is honestly phenomenal and affordable. My new favorite vegan brunch place. And if you happen to stop in the rare times they have the Cinnabon pancakes, get them in my honor. Also I’ve seen a server carry a pot of boiling coffee from the bottom with his bare hands and we forever refer to him as the mitochondria, because he’s the powerhouse please do yourself a favor and try this wonderful establishment

Oh man!! I had a blast eating outside with my family of 6 in the shady breeze at Roasted! We poked our heads inside & the music seemed a little loud but outside was perfect! The service was FANTASTIC & the waiters were SO friendly & helpful. They explained stuff like where they get their veggies & meat & everything from. My family has some HARDCORE vegans in it & this place has so many amazing vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options that were clearly marked on the menu & the names of the dishes were cute too. The vegan French toast was BANGING & I’m not a vegan so I was a smidge nervous. The prices were reasonable & i loved the colorful benches outside. Definitely glad i chose this place, it’s so hard when some people are vegan & some aren’t, but everyone in my family was very happy with the experience & totally recommend it!! Even the other customers were so nice to chat with here & there.

My favorite place in the entire world!!!!! It reminds me of the Bohemian Cafe from RENT! I love it here. I always spend wayyy too much money because I buy two breakfasts for myself!
