The Roaring Fork’s Wood Fired Cooking captures the spirit of bold American cuisine, creating flavors that crackle with a rugged edge. In the Old West, the best food was prepared on a simple wood fire. This same spirit, freshness and flavor are at the heart of every dish we serve. Select from lamb, chicken, beef, pork and fresh fish entrees all perfectly prepared by wood fire rotisserie, open flame grill or wood oven roasting
Stylish restaurant with an Old West vibe serving flame-grilled American fare & cocktails.

Reviews
The restaurant has many tables and booths inside along with a wrap-around bar of stools, but it also has a deck of tables that look out onto the quarry lake, gorgeous sunset dining.
Their happy hour includes drink and food discounts with additional wine discounts on Thursday evenings.
We enjoyed their frozen margaritas, huckleberry cocktail, cornbread, queso, and big burger.
They share several rambling free parking lots with adjacent office buildings.
Food and drinks were great!
The Chicken Lfatbread appetizer, Filet, and Pork are all VERY great choices.
We had the Huckleberry Cheesecake after and it was good!
The place is well kept and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive.
No complaints, highly recommend.
It is our new go to for a nice night out.
In the words of our server: “I didn’t do the writing.”

Brad, was our wonderful mixologist and server, my spouse and I each had wonderfully made martini and Manhattan by Brad. Brad, truly loves creating great craft cocktails, we conversed with him about his own signature sip currently being served at Roaring Fork, “The Stonelake Bramble”! A definite must try if you enjoy lite gin cocktail!
Looking forward to our next visit in!
