I’ve tried the one at Foggy Bottom and those guys were definitely more generous with the coleslaw in the OG Nashville than here at the Silver Spring location (barely any on there). They also forgot one of our sandwiches and we had to go back up to ask about it (we dined in).
Overall the flavor was good, I just wish they didn’t skimp out on the coleslaw.
Fries were a generous portion and the flavor for everything was good. The tables and seats could be wiped down more frequently because all the booths (seats and table top) were dirty.

Customer service was top notch. Not sure if he was the owner or manager but the African American gentleman on March 7th was very attentive and nice. Now the food ?? It was delicious i got the honey butter sandwich with a side of buffalo sauce. Omg . Will def be coming again .

This was my first time coming here. The restaurant was very clean and the cashier was nice. I order the beltway box (chicken sandwich+fries). The sandwich was 9/10, the coleslaw was 8/10. The fries were cooked good and crispy but it could’ve been a lil more salt on them. And the homemade lemonade is 8.5/10.

This place wants you to purchase all of your food a la carte. The sandwich alone is $10.59, fries cost, $4.99, and depending on your size beverage, you’ll likely pay in upwards of $6.00. For one meal that’s roughly about $21.58. Now multiply that by a family of 4. That’s $86.32 and they still beg for a tip. With these prices, I’m not tipping. If I were getting the food delivered then I’d tip but I’m in person, looking you in the face ordering and you’ve received enough of my money.
That food wasn’t that great and it wasn’t even worth the price that was paid. I won’t be returning.

Everybody talks about this place like it’s something special but it’s pretty standard hot chicken. Overpriced, disappointing. The fries were disgusting, soggy and bland. The sauce was decent but nothing to write home about. Gotten food from here twice and both times it was a letdown. Won’t be going again.

I finally gave in to the hype and tried this place out only to be disappointed. The chicken and fries were so greasy it immediately gave me a stomach ache, the food was bland and soggy overall. They have really generous portions of fries but at least half of that were the burnt greasy bits of fries at the end of a batch. The heat was ok, hot seemed pretty mild. My favorite part of this meal was the rooster sauce. Given the price and limited menu I won’t be coming back here.

No look, I don’t get online and do food reviews. Look at my profile. The food has to be amazing for me to leave a review. Let me tell you I was hesitant at first because during the online ordering you can’t put in the notes “extra crispy”. I picked up my order at 2:30 pm and Terron was on the fryer today. Good god almighty that was the best friend chicken wings I have ever had. Like comically crispy, probably the crispiest wings I have ever had. I wish I had gone up on the spice level the medium was perfect but next time I will go hot. And like they say it’s 3 wings but it’s like 3 whole wings. You get a flat, a drum, and the wing tip. It’s really like 8 piece wing with extra crispy wing tips on the side. The fries are better than 5 guys. The rooster sauce amazing. I made a rookie mistake by getting my lemonade next door and the (redacted bread) I will be sure to try their drinks next time. I will back 10/10 would recommend.

Elevated fast food. The flavor is in the spice, so if you don’t like heat, it might not be your cup of tea.
