We had Roadside Bistro cater our Rehearsal Dinner of 50 people. Devon & Michael were extremely communicative and great to work with! We had SOOO much food, we had it for days after the rehearsal. It was super affordable, too! I know they do full-service catering, but we had them just deliver trays of BBQ & Sides, and it was amazing! The BBQ & potato salad were out of this world good, and all of our guests were raving about the food! They also have GREAT vegan options, as so many of our guests are vegan. They LOVED the vegan Paella and sides (I did too)! Highly recommend they cater your event!

We had Roadside Bistro cater for our wedding at Lacawac Sanctuary. Our guests loved the BBQ style menu and the appetizers. The cheesesteak egg rolls, nachos, grilled cheese and tomato bisque shooters for appetizers were incredible and the BBQ style menu (rotisserie chicken, pulled pork sliders, mac and cheese, baked beans) was a hit. The service was incredible for our special day so we didn’t have to worry about a thing other than having the time of our lives. Thank you Roadside Bistro team!!

MORE THAN JUST A FOOD TRUCK. These guys have an extensive menu on top of their well advertised lobster rolls. Plenty of parking and seating for the whole family. VERY CLEAN porta-potty. Wife said “to have an out-house that doesn’t smell even on 100 degree day is impressive. We will definitely be stopping again on our way home from the lake.

What a great surprise! If you’re close by definitely stop at this food truck/stand. About a half hour drive from Downtown Scranton, the French fries are worth the trip alone. Excellent lobster roll, the bread on the stromboli was on another level, and the General Tso’s tacos were a fun twist on a classic.

My husband and I hired Michael and his crew to cater our wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. Communication was phenomenal, the food was a HUGE hit, and the team is so friendly. The general chicken taco cone appetizer is STILL being talked about weeks later among our family and friends because it was such a huge hit. The cheesesteak eggrolls and cheesy potatoes too. Everything was perfect. Their team even packaged up leftovers for us, cut the cakes for us, and made sure everything was flawless. The price was phenomenal too. Not only are they fantastic at catering, but my husband and I have visited their location too and have tried various foods there. You can’t go wrong with any of their items. 10/10 the best catered meal I’ve ever had at a wedding. Very very pleased that we chose this option for our guests.

Yea this place is really something. All of their food is amazing. So far tried 2 different types of pizzas, lobster roll, and the general tsos chicken tacos. Really amazed at the food that comes out of this little truck. Its like magic. Too bad I live an hour away in Bethel NY 🙁

The moonshine burger is one of the best burgers I have ever had. Stupid good beef brisket with a crazy delicious sauce/marinade on top with perfect bacon and onion. I’m celiac and they’re on top of the gluten situation, called out items that weren’t GF without even asking. Prices are excellent. Service is fast. Come here.

This place is always a must when I’m in the Wallenpaupack area. They offer so many great gluten free options and if you have time to sit back and relax, you can always find a picnic table available (or tailgate!) and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. I literally dream about the dill pickle pizza in the winter when they are closed (just know you are missed). The staff is always so friendly and accommodating and the menu has great variety. Truly a gem and worth the stop.
