Ordered the calamari, meatballs, spicy sausage pasta and the chicken a LA roadhouse. Food came out in the time they said it would. Texture and flavor of meatballs was delicious and nice. Calamari had good flavor was a light marinara. The chicken a LA roadhouse was a bit salty due to the prosciutto but still good. Lastly the pasta was cooked well, had the appropriate amount of kick (light but still flavorful without pain). Overall really enjoyed this meal.

It’s a very cute set up and looks welcoming. Took a little while to get seated because they weren’t really paying attention because it was not busy. The food was meh but maybe it’s because what I ordered. I got a chicken parm with penne vodka which includes a $3 charge because I guess it’s not a staple of the restaurant. That should’ve been a red flag not to get it. I didn’t really like it. The pasta was fine but I didn’t really like the chicken, it didn’t have the crisp I wanted. The food was warm but not as hot as I would’ve liked it. My mother got spaghetti and meatballs and she thought it was bland. The waitress was sweet, but new so she forgot to give us bread until we asked and didn’t ask how the food was.

Place is beautiful, gorgeous fire place. Went for lunch with my wife, place was pretty empty so services was good as to be expected in an empty restaurant. Pizza was excellent we got a vodka pie. The chicken parm hero was ok I would say 5/10. I would recommend for pizza and looks like a good spot to hold a function! I went back for the clam pie and it’s one of the best pies I’ve had in my life. Go get it immediately.

First time trying this restaurant last night. I think if we were regulars it would have been a better experience however I am in no rush to return. The mini pizza was okay, too much oregano/ Italian seasoning, gave it a cheap taste. The meatballs were perfect consistency and ricotta was good however they were served at room temp at best , definitely need to be served hot to get the full taste . Chicken parm very good, and appreciated the al dente spaghetti, some places over cook it , this was perfect.
Service is general was okay, very routine , not welcoming.
The bus boy was annoying, my fork wasn’t even down from my mouth and he’s clearing my plate , we didnt finish the bread but the basket was quickly removed. I felt very rushed .

If you’re not a regular, don’t bother. Waitress was nice, but slow or overwhelmed. Portions were small and grossly overpriced. From the second we walked in we felt like outsiders.

The clam pie is out of this world!!! We got a small pie so it was basically a snack for two of us. We each got 3 slices. But it’s just sooo good. Whenever I’m in Staten Island this is one of our must go to places!!

Stopped in for the first time in many years. The rustic look of the old roadhouse is long gone, and unfortunately it seems so is the pizza I remember. They have about a 10 seat bar with a couple of TVs and a few drafts at the front of an open dining room. Bartender very pleasant and welcoming. Had a thin crust bar pie that reminded me of a decent bar pie from a sports bar that needs to be jazzed up with grated cheese and red peppers flakes, whereas many years ago was one of the top pies on the Island. Food smelled good and I’m sure it is a solid option now and then if you are local.

Our server was gnarly and disinterested. She acted arrogant and walked away while we were still talking to her. This added to an unpleasant experience. The food was good but nothing was cooked properly- the meatballs were cold in the center and, while cheese was hot/melted on top, the eggplant was completely cold. When we complained, the server argued with us that the cheese was hot so we must be wrong. The manager apologized & ended up not charging us, but meanwhile we had no dinner to eat.

Service was super slow even in an almost empty restaurant. Erica was our waitress and paid us no attention whatsoever. Ordered chic parm. Was tough as leather. Very overcooked. Had to ask for the comp bread basket twice before receiving it
