It’s more than just a cup of coffee — it’s a whole experience. The gentle music, cozy atmosphere, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee made me feel like I was sitting right in the heart of Saigon.
They also serve Vietnamese bánh mì sandwiches and light snacks with absolutely amazing flavors — rich, savory, and authentically Northern-style Vietnamese taste.
If you haven’t yet, go grab a cup of Vietnamese coffee — it’s an experience you won’t forget ☕️
The personnel really go out of their way to help you make a decision about food you know nothing about. I so enjoy trying the different types of ethnic foods we have here in Appleton and this was really good!
And they just set up their bakery too, we love their milk tea cookie!
The old school decorations are beautiful, the vibe is warm and nostalgic, and the jazz music in the background makes it such a chill spot to hang out.
Food wise: their classic banh mi tastes exactly like back in Vietnam, no exaggeration. I also tried the stir fried macaroni, and it’s truly authentic… the kind of flavor just like back when I lived in District 11 (you know that palate you usually find around Districts 5, 6, 10, 11).
And the coffee is “WOW”. It’s authentic Vietnamese coffee, I had the #7 – milk coffee ( ca phe sua da) and you can tell they understand Saigon style.
Saigon people don’t “drink a whole cup” like we see when they make Vietnamese in the US. They go heavy on ice, then let it melt into the coffee because the brew is crazy strong. That’s exactly how it should be in Vietnam.
So thankful I’m not stressing about missing Vietnamese food anymore. I’ll be back for the Com Tam (broken rice) next!
Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My first impression, the space and staff is super welcoming, almost feels like I’ve been there before. The service is amazing. We sat down and less than 3 minutes our drinks were brought to us. There was 1-2 people ahead of us with a bigger order. If I lived in town, it would be the spot I have my book or laptop out.
I had the Matcha Milk Tea with milk foam. I love matcha but would much prefer to pair it with the Vietnamese Coffee as a matcha cream foam. The Red Drink Milk Tea is like Thai Tea and my friend says it’s the best in town. Will have to try that on my next visit.
