If you’re anywhere near Red Bank and not eating at this Jamaican spot, you are seriously missing out. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with authentic flavors, warm energy, and food that speaks straight to the soul.
Their menu is stacked with classics done right—the jerk chicken is perfectly seasoned with just the right kick, and the oxtail is fall-off-the-bone tender, rich, and slow-cooked to perfection. Every bite tastes like tradition, care, and culture.
But let me tell you about the mac and cheese…
This is not your average side dish. This is the kind of creamy, baked, melt-in-your-mouth masterpiece I’ve only ever experienced in Brooklyn. It’s a delicacy. A comfort food dream.
If you love real flavor, real portions, and real heart in your food, do yourself a favor and go support this spot. You’ll thank me later. ✨

Got dinner here the other day and this place is awesome. The couple running it are very nice. The portion sizes are huge and everything I got tasted really really good, I got the oxtail with beans & rice and some plantains. Everything looked really good there. They have some outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. A cooler full of drink options. They were playing some good reggae the whole time I was there. The atmosphere was very friendly and made my dinner experience even better. They do have kind of a small parking lot area but they are so worth coming and checking out!

The food is absolutely incredible. We had the curry chicken and the stew chicken and they both tasted phenomenal. The people are also great and so friendly!

This was my first time trying Jamaican food and I really enjoyed it. My brother and I got jerk pork and ox tails and they both very tender and had good flavor. Our sides were very good too and filled us up. Definitely made with love.

Be prepared to spend all your money because once you take that first bite, you’re gonna want to buy everything on the menu no matter what you purchase! From service atmosphere to food 10 out of 10. You come in hungry and leave feeling like family.

Fast service, excellent use of spice, meats are perfectly done (we tried curry goat, oxtail, and jerk pork). Excellent sides as well. Robert did a great job matching us up with the dishes we would enjoy. Tree nut free.

It was our first time here, and the owner let my son try samples of the different dishes before deciding what to order. The portions are enormous. The callaloo (prepared a lot like collard greens) was amazing. My son got the oxtail, and I got the jerk chicken, we loved both. We are definitely coming back soon!

If you’re looking for a local delicious restaurant that serves Jamaican food, Irie Jamaican Cuisine is the place! I had the ox tail with rice and cabbage. It was savory and saucy! Before I left to say “bye” I told them I’m coming back to try the plantain…they instant gave me a few prices (it was delish and I will be getting that next time). I felt so welcomed and you can sense the happiness + love in the food when it was made. 1000/10 recommend! Shout out to the older gentleman that served me, he was so kind and friendly!

We have driven by so many times and finally tried it out. We have been missing out !!! Robert (the owner) made us feel like we were in his home. My first time having oxtails and I’m hooked. Oxtails with rice and beans and a side of callaloon (better than collards) was a hearty meal. Josh had the curry chicken with rice and plantains. He loved every bite and I sampled that as well. I also tried a “beef patty” which is ground beef and spices in a flaky pastry and based on my google search is a popular street food.
Robert – thanks for the hospitality and a hearty meal !! We will be back !
