Best Mexican food in Gainesville hands down. Great service, plenty of seating. Very friendly staff went above and beyond to make this dine in experience second to none. The tacos are great and authentic. Several drink selections available including alcoholic options as well as plenty of bottles non alcoholic options.

Fantastic food, fabulous customer service, and a clean, open atmosphere.
Salsa bar has lots of options and all are homemade. Refried beans are also made in-house without lard or pork.
They have a liquor and beer bar too!
Will be returning often. Thanks to Nicole for describing all the food and how its made, and for being an excellent server.

We love coming! We drive 45 min for the tacos and for the exceptional service. They know us by name. They remember our order. It’s just so good.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I were visiting from New Hampshire for a wedding and wanted street tacos near our Airbnb. We stumbled upon this place and will be having it a second time before we go back home. SO good, great service, food came out super fast. Amazing.

Where do I begin?! This place is owned by Nicole Garcia, and she is a strong, smart, and—most importantly—truly welcoming person. I’ve been coming to this location since it reopened under her ownership, and the quality has been top-shelf from day one. You’re always greeted as soon as you walk in the door, and the consistency in flavor and portions keeps me coming back again and again.
Over the last year, I’ve also seen how much Nicole does to help those in need within the community. She even keeps a free donation basket outside the restaurant entrance where anyone can take what they need—no questions asked. That speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. She is truly an entrepreneur who puts community first, just like she puts care and quality into her ingredients.
Support this establishment the same way they support the community—you won’t regret it.

My daughter and I got the chicken enchiladas and the birria enchiladas, it was good and the ladies are so sweet. I definitely look forward to coming back with my whole family and trying more dishes. Honestly the food wasn’t the best though it was good, but what made the place even better was the service and atmosphere. The lady who was at the front deserves a raise!

I’m so lucky to live in an area with a large Latino community. That I get to eat and experience culture using my stomach first. It’s the best way to connect to people and share our similarities, despite being from different backgrounds. The owner was immediately nice and accommodating, the food was cooked fresh and fast, the portion was proper and filling, and the over all flavor was delicious.

Food was bland – the lengua and pastor wasn’t well seasoned. The mango agua Fresca tasted like watered-down something. Steak nachos were good. Rice wasn’t good at all – bland and the texture was off.
Good portions, though overpriced. $50 for 6 tacos, nachos, and 3 drinks – so about $5-$6 per taco.
Customer service was good until she started bad-mouthing other taco places in the area.
Won’t be coming here again.

Food was really, really not good. Pastor on my torta was almost inedible and completely dry and crunchy and tasted like bacon. People were very nice, though. Everyone else in my group agreed the food was quite bad. Hopefully they improve because it was a cool spot.
