RM Coffee is a delightful spot to relax and enjoy a diverse drink menu! The white chocolate coffee is smooth and delicious, while the lavender lemonade tea offers a unique taste that’s refreshing and tasty. We also enjoyed the very fresh pastries, especially the apricot danish, which was quite nice. The large room provides plenty of seating, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your time. There’s a small parking area out front that’s convenient too. Plus, the owner is very friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s a lovely café you should definitely check out.

Best kept secret in Rancho Mirage. Full stop.

It’s no use lamenting the years I wasn’t enjoying incredible pastries, perfect cappuccino’s, and delightful service at this cafe literally around the corner from where I stay in the desert. Not to be dramatic, but the quality of this bakery/cafe is life-changing.

P.S. you must arrive before 10am to ensure pastries and avoid heartbreak

I stopped by on a whim and was amazed by the gorgeous looking pastries. I got a spinach and feta and an apricot danish and WOW…these might be be the best French pastries in the valley. I don’t think any other place I’ve tried can beat it in terms of authenticity, quality, and flavor. The owner is very friendly and charming as well. Support local and try this hidden gem!

The crisp, light, delicious almond croissant and the fresh raspberry, blackberry and strawberry tart were Both by far the most incredible pastries we have Ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed these artistic, savory creations. Made daily. Sold out before noon! because they are absolutely the best on earth.

Had the coconut pineapple danish and the ham and cheese croissant. Both were delicious, but the owner was the best part. He was so friendly! And the coffee was tasty too

I’m torn. So, this was a very small bakery but the pastries all looked delicious! I ordered a dozen for a client meeting and it was about $100. I keep trying to rationalize how expensive a dozen pastries could be and no matter what I do, I’m still shocked. Some of them were just chocolate croissants for $6-$7 dollars…it was very expensive for a dozen pastries. Porto’s Bakery has amazing, delicious pasties made same day and if I spend $100 I’m walking out with multiple boxes of pastries and maybe a cake for incredible quality. Anyway, I had a coffee which I anticipated would be delicious and I didn’t like it at all. It didn’t taste like Starbucks burnt coffee but it just didn’t have good flavor. As far as the pastries, they were beautiful but I can’t speak to the actual flavor and quality since I didn’t try one.

I think this may be a really great spot if you want to walk in for a nice pastry but if you’re buying in bulk, it’s going to get expensive and fast. I’d like to say you can sit and enjoy your coffee and pastry but I didn’t see much seating (there’s a small seating area in the back which still works) or work on the aesthetics here. Basically, it’s a grab and go sort of spot. Again, beautiful looking pastries – I just personally cannot rationalize the cost. If you want to splurge on yourself, I say go for it I’m sure the pastries are delicious!

I really wanted this place to be great. The pastries are amazing, however the coffee is abysmal. A coffee shop should provide delicious coffee, but they have missed the mark. I never personally had an issue with the owner, most times I have stopped by he was the only one there, so no pressure. But, you can tell by some of the negative reviews he has issues with some of the clients. If you are dropping the middle finger icon in your response to negative reviews that really says a lot about how you view your customers. Do you want to support a business like that? If it were me, I would look at reviews and determine how I could improve. Bottom line this place is great if you want to get a nice pastry, but the coffee is not worth staying for.

I really liked the atmosphere and the owner was incredibly friendly. He put a lot of effort into both our coffee and matcha orders. And the almond chocolate croissant was delicious. A little expensive but great!

My husband & I stopped by this morning for coffee, & we both thought our drinks were absolutely delicious (maple & honey lattes). I was grateful they offered decaf, bc some places don’t these days. Philippe made our drinks. He is amazing – obviously skilled in making drinks, and has a great sense of humor. We’d definitely come again if ever back in the RM/PS area!

What a great gem RM Coffee is. Good job.

First of all they open early. Driving from palm springs, decided to skip the offer there for this spot and was the right thing to do.

Authentic French pastries in the middle of the desert.

Great ownership behind the counter.

Try the apricot Danish, the custard is unreal.
