We were looking for a hometown place . the map pointed us in the right direction., As I walked in, greeted us Kindly, we had to waitto order ,The place was pretty busy. has breakfast all day ,and other great American favorites. I went for the two eggs and pancakes and my husband went for the 1# breakfast. Everything was tasty not over salted , we did wait a little bit, but it was just enough time to have a meaningful conversation and listen in on the local chatter , had a great time ,if you want that experience of the hometown locals place, this is the place for you! we give it a thumbs up!Prices were reasonable as well.

Hamburger patty is flavorless and pre made. Everything else is ok. You order at the counter and prompted to tip before you get your food. I would come back but I’d order something else

Delicious hometown food, if it’s summer ask to be seated near a ceiling fan, there’s no ac in most of the restaurants in this town. The purple decor isn’t my thing but it sure is theirs and the food is still delicious.

I’ve been sitting here for almost an hour waiting for my food. I’ve watched multiple people who ordered after my partner and I get their food first. People who’ve been here since before we got here are still waiting for their food. It’s ridiculous that some breakfast would take this long! They need to figure out their kitchen staff because this is an insane amount of time to wait for some eggs.

Chicken fried steak breakfast was the best I had ever had. I actually couldn’t finished it even with a extra mouth helping, their meal was just as filling. Very accommodating to any request. Right there with coffee refills. Definitely stop here again while traveling through.

Outdated and old. Slow service. You order and pay before getting seated although the food was good

Came here on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at 7:15am and the place was packed. It’s pretty small with maybe 10 tables and the diner staff seemed overwhelmed. But they handled the pulse fairly well and the wait to get our food was not long. 90% locals by my assessment. Old timers shooting the BS mostly. Food was exactly what I was expecting- good down home comfort breakfast. Very tasty and a great start to a long week. Will be back next time in Burns.

Good home-cooked food. Fresh. With lots of different options I ordered the fish and chips. My husband ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and both are very good.
Good service from the waitress also.
