This place is ok. I like the Cajun mojo potatoes. Besides that… it’s pretty basic. And the lady kinda force you into getting something if your not sure she’ll start getting a attitude. I think she’s really just money hungry. No matter the cost.

I ordered from postmates because I was craving some authentic soulful Mac n cheese. This place was open and reviews were okay. I should’ve listened to the ones about the Mac n cheese. It tastes like the cheese is powdered from the box. Very disappointing. The other food was okay. I got the vegetarian meal which is basically 4 sides. The ones I chose were Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, yams, and dressing. It isn’t that it’s nasty, it just all tastes like a fast food version of soul food. I guess it has a market, but just not what I wanted.

I was cravin some good old soul food and gave this place a try. I got the fried chicken leg and thigh dinner for $16 and a side of corn bread for $2. The corn bread is the size of my hand The chicken was so damn moist and the sweet corn was mouth watering. Im coming back for sure lol
