The food was terrible. Pizza was soggy and veggies weren’t cooked with pizza. Looked and tasted like the microwaved them and threw on top of pizza. Rip off for a cheeseburger sub for my Dad. There was one cheeseburger on large sub roll I was very skeptical about going there but will never go back. A huge waste for $27. Rip off

There are hundreds of roast beef places in the North Shore and Rizzo’s is certainly one of them. Perfectly decent place to get a roast beef if your in the area. Prices stack up decently compared to other beeferys in the area. Nothing reinventing the wheel, just your friendly neighborhood roast beef joint.
My only real complaint is that whenever I ask for pickles on my roast beef, I get what is perhaps the most pickles I have ever seen slobered on a 3 way sandwich. I swear to god they put a whole Cucumber on my sandwich every time I ask for pickles on my beef. And they ain’t even bad, they’re good pickles! I would eat those pickles straight outta a jar if I could but would I put THAT many pickles on my sandwich? Probably not. So if you’re looking for pickles on your beef at rizzos, make sure you ask for “lite” pickles

We had a prior commitment and needed to grab some food quick beforehand. This place is close to her house so my mom ordered a sandwich and a steak tip salad to go. While eating my salad I found multiple carrot peels and wrinkly, moldy tomatoes. I called and they offered to remake it for me, but we were in a rush and I didn’t have time to wait and then go back to pick it up before our commitment. The woman on the phone said they make the salads ahead of time and would check the others. They apologized but other than remaking it, offered no other solutions. So I guess moral of the story is, if you’re ordering a salad be aware that they apparently pack them ahead of time and don’t look at them before sending them out. We’ve eaten here before without issue but this particular issue was a little too ridiculous to overlook for us.

Placed my first order and was really looking forward to my roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and SAUCE, with fries ($16). Instead if sauce, I got mayonnaise. I HATE mayonnaise and the roast beef is really well done and dry. Was really looking forward to the food. Will give it one more shot it the future.

First time eating here. Food was ok but I would strongly suggest they organize the place. When you are ordering food at the counter, all you can see is a mess behind it.

I’ve been getting Rizzo’s pizza for years. I just had the Garlic Lovers White Pizza. THE BEST! I wanted to try something new and was not disappointed. I’d give it an 8.9 score on a Portnoy scale. Thank you Rizzo’s.

I do not like the Greek style pizza meaning the type cooked in a metal pan but their pizza is really good. They certainly use a nice mozzarella with it and give you plenty of toppings. Seems family owned and the people who work there are very nice. Buffalo fingers are pretty hot so I usually ask them to go half on the sauce.

Oh my days! Is this place a well owned family restaurant. Rizzos is a very casual and calm place to be when trying to wine and dine. This place has the best calzones anyone can ask for and their pizza beats any other “Roast beef and pizza” place you can think of. The family that owns this place is respectful and entertaining people I have ever seen. Hardworking people trying to put their best effort in when making this food. Marco Shaker the “Owner” is a pretty laid back and funny person to talk and get to know. Always has a smile on his face everytime i see them. The inside of this place is amazing as it is a very relaxing and pretty pleasing place to eat with calm led lights and a big screen tv and plenty of places to sit and eat.

We discovered this place recently and have ordered three times. Their food, especially the steak tips, is fantastic and their customer service is spot on. I placed an online order and got a phone call less than a minute later letting me know something I ordered was out of stock. I ordered a similar item and it was just as delicious! A++++
