The employees and insane prices make this place miserable. I’ve given it a few chances while in the area but the staff is rude and makes the experience terrible. I have personally witnessed the lady in picture argue and scare off many customers just while eating here for lunch

Trina charged my card twice because she was too busy on her phone a majoroty of the time. Trina was not paying attention and told me she charged my card then accidentally charged cash on the register. Then Trina ran my card again. I got 2 transactions and cannot call the place to talk to staff. Trina seemed she was having a hard time with handling money and more focused on her phone. I will not come back, probably not return to play at this casino either. Thanks Trina

Grabbed a quick bit at the place. The staff seemed to genuinely care and interacted with the customers. I’d said the pizza wasn’t the best, and the crust was lightly below average. I think the price is high for what you get, and you’d think since people are dumping all their money into the casino, they’d at least have more affordable prices.

I had to wait for 40 minutes after an employee told me that they were making salads as that was why I was there for and was supposed to be about 15 minutes. After I waited, I went back to check and saw they didn’t do anything and flat out lied (40 minutes later). There were 5 employees working at the time and the cashier was rude. I had asked again and the guy there was saying he was working on the salads and clearly not as I was watching him make pizzas. I asked how much longer would it take and the cashier stated they had to make other items 1st. Under normal circumstances, usually there are at least 4-5 salads (they are fresh unlike the pizza) however, this time there wasn’t any. I would expect any fast food eatery to be at least professional but this is anything but that. If you don’t mind being treated poorly/rudely, lied to, and extremely soggy and oily pizzas as well as being overpriced then this place is definitely for you!
