We had a fantastic experience at this rooftop restaurant! I went with my wife, my son, and everyone absolutely loved the place. The atmosphere was truly one of a kind, great views and a really enjoyable vibe.
Our waitress was amazing and took extra good care of us. The service made us feel welcome and special. The food was delicious, and everything was prepared exactly the way we requested. We were all very impressed!

I went to celebrate my birthday with a pitcher of sangria on the rooftop with my girlfriend. I was there for maybe 30 minutes. Had the pitcher ordered and made it through one glass before we were asked to leave due to weather ( which was sunny out ) . The leaving wasn’t what bothered me. It was being made to pay for a pitcher of sangria when ( $69 with tax included ) when we weren’t even able to enjoy it. I just held Four Seasons to a higher standard. Would appreciate someone reaching out in regards to this experience.

Overpriced and underwhelming. They are totally relying on the name “Four Seasons” without actually delivering on the quality. It’s a pool bar, the view is as underwhelming as the food and beverages and the understaffed servers are far too busy. We waited over 30 minutes after ordering our first course with only water, then, because we were sitting next to the bar, I was able to get cocktails. We left after that without ordering anything more and wasted nearly $90 on 6 shrimp in cocktail sauce and watered down drinks… Save your money and move on!

This is a great place for date night! My gentleman friend had the lightly cured Salmon & I ordered the Hamachi Carpaccio. The presentation for both was beautiful! The carpacio sauce was elegantly complicated and very unique. The espelette chili was a perfect compliment, not too spicy. The flavors in the salmon were very well done.
The view of the Cumberland river and the Korean Veterans Memorial and the John Seigenthaler pedestrian bridges was spectacular. Nissan stadium was off in the distance and we enjoyed the riverboat criss crossing our view. The infinity pool was very serene & inviting.
This is a wonderful place for a romantic experience, not a frugal dinner.
Everyone we encountered, from the doorman to our server Kiera were very friendly & helpful. We highly recommend Riviére for a romantic evening.

Beautiful roof top but unfortunately we waited a long time for service and ended up leaving because none of the staff seemed to notice we were there. We made reservations to visit for my girlfriends birthday. There was no one at the front initially so we walked in very confused. By the time we approached the bar we were greeted by who i am assuming is the manager and she sat us right away. She was very kind! Unfortunately, we sat there for about 20 minutes with no one coming up to us with menus or to check on us. Finally, we got up and left and no one seemed to notice. My girlfriend was very disappointed as she had been looking forward to spending her birthday here and having a nice evening. We ended up going to a restaurant down the street which sat us right away and immediately got our drinks and food in.
EDIT: we actually ran into the manager, Molly, later in the evening and told her what happened and she was very kind and apologized a ton. She invited us back to give it another try and we will update our review after!
