Nice, clean and quiet place to enjoy dinner. There were very few people there at that time.
We ordered the liver with bacon and onions. It came with no bacon and no seasoning on it. Cook said he put bacon on it, though there was clearly no bacon. Our waitress kept repeating what the cook stated when I showed her.
I had coffee with meal and was never offered a second cup.
I will probably try it again some time and order a breakfast meal.

We love coming here, especially for breakfast. Nice “diner” feel, rotating specials. They have a back room for additional seating if you have larger groups.
I believe our regular server’s name is Ashley and she is super attentive, always ensuring we have what we need. She has the greatest attitude with customers and I always am estatic when she is our server (other servers are great as too! I feel like we are Ashley’s regulars though when we come in ❤️)
The price of the food is great for the portion sizes as well. I love their bacon eggs Benedict (rotating special, not always available ) and my partner enjoys the ribeye steak and eggs.
I will say, sometimes mistakes occasionally happen, as it does everywhere. The servers and owners are quick to ensure mistakes are fixed and we have always been pleased with how it’s handled.
Anyways. Go, enjoy, and tip your servers well! They work hard!!

Came here with some friends to fuel up before playing 18 holes of golf and although it was not my favorite, it was a good choice. The river had to be behind the restaurant though because there was definitely no view of one.
The service was very good and they were always on top of warming up my coffee. I had the special which was the country fried steak with scrambled eggs and hash browns. I finished all of my food and even some of my friends’ biscuits and gravy, so you could say I was pretty hungry! I am not up here very often but would come back if in the area again.

Nice place to sit and talk with a group of 8. Had a great waitress that wasn’t afraid to chat with us. No 1 complained about their food. It was hot and had a good flavor. The chicken dumpling soup may have been the best I had. If you are looking for a family restaurant. Highly recommend!

Just recently discovered the Riverview Family Restaurant and have had breakfast there two times already! The omelets are very good! So tasty…. Another discovery is they are starting to make their own River View Signature Hot Sauce that is out of this world! Just got their first shipment in and already one case is gone! They are thinking of selling it if it goes over well. I had it on my eggs- and it’s way better than Frank’s or the other hot sauces out there. Can’t wait to go back again!

Was going by this the other day and decided to stop to get breakfast. I ordered the Denver omelet and just WOW not only was it tasty but it was a very healthy portion of food! I couldn’t even eat the potatoes that came with it. Really good coffee and i was seriously in and out of this place within 30 minutes…. I know some fast food places that take this long haha… staff was very friendly and busted tail. Just really good experience would absolutely stop back in if I’m ever in the neighborhood
