Went as a big group and was thoroughly impressed. Food did not take long to come pit, portions were great and the food was delicious. I got stuck dealing with my 4 year old through a portion of dinner and the waitress never hesitated to ask if I wanted my plate warmed up. In my 9 years of motherhood I’ve NEVER had a restaurant understand kids enough to offer mom a warm up. 1000% will come back when I’m back in town!

They had no help. Sunday morning, it took 20 min to be seated. Then, we waited 25 min before we left due to never seeing our waitresses. It’s too bad because there are not a lot of options around the area, Because of the hostess being quite rude when we asked if our waitresses would be by soon. That’s really why we walked out. I understand the problem of not enough help but if you show up to do your job. Don’t be rude to the people that help you keep that job. If she worked for me. She would not be kept short handed or not. I’m sure we were not the only ones to leave..

Honestly, worst experience ever. We entered and were greeted nicely. Hostess’s took our drink order and let us know our waitress would be over shortly. 45 minutes later, the waitress took our order. We then waited another 35 minutes for our food. The food was half cold and cooked poorly. other people were walking in, unaware the restaurant closed early and they were not even proper greeted. Instead, they were yelled at from the back corner stating the restaurant was closed. We decided not to tip as the lack of service. The waitress returned to give us our change/receipt, when she realized we were not leaving a tip said to us “thanks for the tip” then walked away. While one of our family members were still eating we were greeted by another waitress waiting with a bucket to pick up our plates, as if we were being pushed out. Very disappointed with the service and lack of care/respect. We will not be back.

My parents went here on a trip coming home from Burlington. They were beyond disgusted with the quality of food (or lack there of). If one star could be given it would! The lady who was serving was also the owner of the restaurant they found out after. It’s never a good sign when the owner is taking their own orders! That means business is slow enough for a reason……the salad was wilted and had grit on it from not washing. I mean come on! That’s basics. The sauce on the chicken Parmesan was from a can and nothing else added to it. The fries were freezer burned and so on… Such a sad disappointment coming in so hungry. The bill was $50 with tip. Just crazy. Do not go please save your money.

I ordered the NY strip, medium rare.. what i was given is well done with literally the smallest bit of pink. Very greasy and sour tasting, and one whole side is covered in about an inch of fat and grit. Fries are unsalted and unseasoned as well. Menu online showed the meal would be $15, I was charged $25 upon pickup.

Don’t get me wrong with only 4 stars. The food is awesome. However when the waitress brought our food, my sons breakfast was all over the bottom of my plate. Had to ask 2 times for extra napkins. So I could clean the bottom of my plate before I could eat. The waitress seemed pushy. Took our order..then had to ask for ketchup and more coffee. Not sure if we will go there again.
