Came here on a Friday night, it was busy. Opted to eat outside in the covered patio instead of waiting. Ordered a plate of nachos for the table, they were great. Had the cheesesteak and fries. It was a good bar cheesesteak, the fries were really good. Will probably be back again to try other food. A lot of people around us were getting salads so probably try that next time

We recently visited the area for a festival and discovered the pub near our hotel and the menu online looked great so we decided to give it a try. I ordered the flat iron steak, while my girlfriend chose the fettuccine rose with salmon. The food was fantastic! There were plenty of sports on TV, and the beer selection was good. Although they only had a few beers on draft, but the selection of bottles and cans was extensive they had many great choices. Overall, everything about this place was great. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and diligent, and that the food was excellent.

We were seated immediately upon check-in but it took 10 min+ to receive menus and service from our waitress Lily. She was busy with a party of 6 who came in after us and this theme carried through the entire time we were there. I had to get up and go to the counter to ask for items needed 3-4 times. At the end of our meal, I had to get up to find someone to help us with our bill and payment (Lily was still busy with the party of 6). My Reuben sandwich was excellent but my husband’s burger was dry. There’s an extra charge for fries — something I’m seeing show up on menus more often than not these days.

Visited here with my husband and son. We were seated right away on a Sunday afternoon during football season, and the waitress was friendly and attentive, but the food was mediocre. The Maryland crab soup could have had more old bay and less tomatoes. The chicken was really dry on the chicken Caesar wrap and the Chesapeake burger had a cold bun, very little crab, and the burger was average quality. We would probably seek another option if in town again. But the atmosphere was good and the place was clean.

Authentic and cozy spirit of the interior decor of the restaurant makes you feel welcoming! At about 6pm on Friday, Riverside Pub and Grille was packed with guests. You can tell it must be a favorite local place and that is the reason why we also stopped. It didn’t disappoint! The food was great, the personnel were very kind and engaged throughout the whole time. Highly recommend to stop by and try it for yourself!

I do not usually leave reviews, but my experience was so horrendous that I feel that I have to. I came with my wife on a Tuesday night after work for the $1 wings. The wings were good and I would recommend them, but that is where my recommendation ends. I ordered the New Yorker hot dog and my wife ordered the chicken quesadilla. The New Yorker had almost no sauerkraut on it, the bun was stale, and it appeared as if they tried to toast it to cover it up, and the hot dog itself was burnt. The cole slaw that came with the hot dog was yellow, smelled, and had a piece of our waitresses hair in it. As for my wife’s quesadilla, it was soggy and dripping with grease and the cheese was congealed and somehow melted while also not melted at the same time. Friendlies makes a better quesadilla than what she received tonight. None of the food seemed fresh and that it was prepackaged food placed into a microwave. This was quite literally the worst meal I have had in a very long time. I am appalled and so very disappointed in Riverside.

Dana is the best host for private parties and remembers you and your family for years to come. The owners are lovely, and such generous philanthropists in the community. Such a lovely hidden gem in our town. The club is delish, and HUGE and the burgers are sooooo good.
