Well, I learned a lesson today. I will never order anything but the fast and ready pizzas from Riverside. I was charged $1.70 per topping or about 7 bucks for a half onion and mushroom and half beef and jalapeno. Topping were light and they couldn’t even cut the pizza correctly.

This place is stupid. Every day it feels like it’s getting worse. How is it even possible that the guy inside is just ignoring me? I guess it’s because the drive thru is closed. There’s a stupid sticker that says the drive thru is closed, but there’s another stupid sticker that says to pull up to the window so they can serve you. Which stupid one am I supposed to listen to? Which one am I supposed to pay attention to? This is very, very annoying. I honestly don’t know how this stupid place is still in business.

Stopped by Riverside today and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the food came out hot and fresh, exactly how it should be.
I especially want to recognize the front cashier, who went above and beyond while handling a very busy holiday rush. Even with the crowd, they stayed friendly, patient, and efficient, which really made a difference.
Great food, great service, and a team that clearly cares. I’ll definitely be back.

I pulled up to the drive-thru at 1:15 PM and waited about 10 minutes, but no one ever came. While still sitting at the window, I called the store and the employee told me the drive-thru was closed because she was the only worker there. I was literally the only customer at the time. This was very unorganized and unprofessional especially for a Monday at 1 PM. This place never seems to have any managers on site, just teenagers running things however they want. Definitely needs better staffing and supervision.

The worst service ever! They have cardboard make believe signs for when their drive through is close, their phone never works! You can try it now too.. I ordered through DoorDash, paid to DoorDash the store is listed there. When I went there to pickup they looked at me like I am an alien or they are and never heard of DoorDash! Needless to say they didn’t have my order ready.. I asked if they could make me one it’s was a simple medium cheese pizza, she goes we don’t have a medium, I said small? She said no small.. I said large? She said you ll have to get a refund from DoorDash and then pay us again…and then I left! Cause pathetic service!

EVERYTIME !!!! I come here something is wrong !!!! It use to be really good but now it’s always bad or they forget something … Today I am over it …. I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas extra cheese … I have to wait 20 mins but that is ok for my food to be correct …. I get home and open the boxes and I have overcooked cheese with more sauce than cheese !!!! You should get what you pay for and then I call they refund my money but I’m like can I come get my pizzas redone like this was dinner for my family and the guy is like you can but you will have to pay … like what about the inconvenience and no dinner !!! Thanks for nothing and you have lost a customer I don’t care how affordable the pizza is !!!!

Apart from being one of the (now former) frequent customers at this place, a few of my last orders have all looked similar to this one or even worse. However, as a human who makes mistakes, I’ve decided to let it slide once, twice, even three times, but this last time ordering at this place quite frankly made me sick! This pizza, who I am hoping was made by someone who knows what they’re doing, unfortunately looks like it was made by a toddler. Nonetheless, to prevent from potentially causing unwanted attention or even making a scene if I was to return this order, I’ve concluded to simply let it go, and never again come back.
