Steak tips over mashed potatoes, added grilled onions and the dish was great. Steak wasn’t hard to chew, the server doesn’t ask how you prefer them to be cooked but it’s not a deal breaker. What I did LOVE was their baked bbq beans. That’s how you do bbq beans people, with meat mixed in (sausages), corn, and just a hint but not too much sweetness to it.
We sat outside, where there is plenty of room for larger groups. Inside is cutely decorated and has a pay to play dj jukebox. Bar is inside and is a great restaurant for families and big groups. Located right off the freeway. Shared public parking lot.

My mom and I went here our first night in town when I moved and we were blown away! We loved everything; the huge water glasses, amazing food, and community-style service. I am excited to try more dishes!

The food is absolutely delicious. I tried like half the menu and its all amazing. Definitely worth trying put. The service is great, the waiters are super kind and patient. They are 100% willing to meet any accommodations necessary. Though it didnt sound like there were any gluten free options.

Went in for lunch last week on Friday, food was great, service was pretty good but definitely could of improved. When we sat down it was great they were on it getting everything we needed.I ordered a flight to try what they had then ordered a beer when I had finished the flight. As soon as I got my beer they made it seem like they wanted us out. They were easily making 50 bucks a person. We were planning on try a couple of other drinks to get a taste of what they had to offer but I guess they didn’t want to make money. I saved money in that sense.

I already knew the restaurant from Ontario Mills but everyone was telling me that the Riverside location was the best, so I decided to go there for my husband’s birthday. It was a cold morning, and it was people already waiting there, so we had to wait to be seated around 25 minutes. The attention was ok, and the food on my point of view it was just the same as the other location, not bad at all but nothing different that I already knew… Anyway we had a good time and they gave us a little dessert for my husband.

Dear Heroes Management Team,
I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your Riverside location following my son’s soccer match last Saturday. As a loyal customer who has visited multiple times—both here and at the Eastvale and Ontario locations—I feel compelled to bring to your attention a noticeable decline in service quality.
Our evening started with my mother-in-law requesting a small portion, as she does not eat much. Unfortunately, the server refused to take her order, suggesting she couldn’t order from the kids menu. Interestingly, when my 11-year-old son ordered a burger from the regular menu, there was no objection. This inconsistency left us puzzled.
Then, when my burger arrived with onion rings instead of the curly fries I ordered, I immediately brought it to the server’s attention. She offered to correct the order, but soon after, a staff member with an unpleasant attitude approached our table, intent on taking back the onion rings. When I asked for another plate to hold my burger, he became dismissive, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. My mother-in-law even offered to share her fries to avoid escalating the issue, and we eventually chose to let the order stand as is.
What troubled us most was the lack of follow-up from our server and no other staff checking to see if we needed anything else. Eventually, I had to flag down a different server to request our check. This type of service is a stark contrast to my previous positive experiences with your brand.
Given the intense competition in the restaurant industry, especially in this area, I believe management must emphasize proper staff training to maintain high standards. While I likely won’t return to this location, I hope you take this feedback seriously and strive to turn things around for the benefit of future customers.

Wow… Just wow. The food was amazing and some of the best in my life. Just over the top flavor! The garlic fries are amazing! The meatballs were maybe the best I have ever had and that’s truly a statement. The Philly was melted perfection and the meat was tender and juicy? Then there is the chili… order the cheddar jalapeño cheese to add to it. Mind blow. The portions are huge the prices are great, you can pay twice as much for food half as good.
The service was good overall but our server was bogged down and left us depending on others at times.

Music is too loud do to that waiter took wrong order and had to wait 1 hour for food. Do to the fact that we were there for a birthday we could not just leave but we won’t be back because, no apology nor any kind of remorse from staff , manager knew that our table, one customer wasn’t happy on waiting for food for one hour didn’t come to our table To ask us if everything. He could help or to ask how was the service. He did ask at all. He asked other customers in the restaurant I seen him talking to our waiter then ignored us until the end never came by we left.
