My teenage daughter says their breakfast was worth getting up early for (now that’s saying something!) We had great food served by an amazing lady. Everyone was very friendly and we wished we lived closer to come back more often!

My friend took me there for lunch. We both chose breakfast. The waitress we nice& very attentive. It was not busy, which was nice. I got the Ham & Cheese Skillet. I have gotten this same dish many times, but mostly at Riverside in Ottumwa. It was pretty good. The toast, you could tell was made before the meal was ready to come out. As it had cooled down gotten hard like it had sat there for several minutes. I ate it anyway with butter & jelly.

Family restaurant with average food. Friendly service. The feta spinach omelette was flat and dry. But hash browns were made to my request, crispy and light. Fun (intentional?) misspellings on the menu and outdoor sign gave us a good chuckle. (“Tomatoe”, “brocolly”, “tree egg”, and “cook’in”) Fun place. Definitely going back there.

We were there on a Thursday evening 8 people. service was prompt. Food was out after about 20 minutes. very hot and good. Chicken dinner was good but had a little more fried flavor than anything else. it could use a little more spice or something to dress it up so to speak. Fries were excellent other dishes ordered were very good. Cherry pie we had was average in my opinion. The price was very fair.
