We had a party of 9 and the restaurant couldn’t have been more accommodating! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The service was friendly, attentive, and never rushed, even with such a large group. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and experience we received. Everyone in our group left happy and impressed. Highly recommend this place for both small dinners and larger gatherings — we’ll definitely be back!

I don’t know what’s better the service or the food. Both were top-notch as soon as we walked in it was self-seating. We sat down and within just a couple minutes our waitress came over and greeted Us and got our drink order. She brought chips and salsa and both were terrific. After that I ordered the taco salad my wife ordered some straight tacos and my niece ordered and assorted tamales tacos and we tried to Spanish rice. Everything was very very flavorful and fresh. I would go back here any day in the touch on service again the waitress checked on us very very frequently was very courteous and kind. I would definitely go back for the food and the service

This is not your average run of the mill pop up Bar / Cantina The owner is super friendly and has such a great vibe going on in there. Of course you will find your regular offering of drinks..BUT IF YOUR DARING and want to try some of the freshly made Spicy Margaritas and Spicy Cocktails with natural ingredients that will make you absolutely say HOLY MOLY…!! What a fantastic burst of flavor and all freshly made. Also there is tons of great entertainment Wednesday through Sunday so stop on in and see for yourself and tell them Tony G. sent you ❤️❤️

Stopped in this evening and enjoyed a delicious supper. The wait staff kindly informed us they were short-staffed so we knew to be patient. The food was worth the wait. We enjoyed appetizers and delicious sandwiches with unique french fries. We look forward to the leftovers!
There was a large variety on the menu from burgers to baskets to pizza and pasta – something for everyone! Arcade games were available and there is a stage for live entertainment. Restrooms were clean. Definitely a family friendly atmosphere.

Finally a little hidden gem, cool local restaurant on the west side of PC that has my favorite food, Mexican!
What a nice take on your Mexican dishes, finally a menu that had seasonings & flavor, taking a risk that it doesn’t have to cater typical “red hot” or a little cumin & chili powder mild & bland, those both “gotta be” Mexican right? (yes, we here can own it people, customers drive what restaurants offer us to stay in business) A nice menu not offering a hundred items, but offering a good selection of tacos, yet your own flair for your menu, to share with us “natives”. We also wanted to share that we enjoyed great service, not a wimpy margarita to boot and pleasant, not just a PIB or bar party, atmosphere. There is covered patio seating outside, didn’t sit out that day too humid, looks relaxing for a lunch in the near future. Also, you can take out or I even saw the restaurant deliver to the party bar, on the opposite end of the Mr. Ed’s hotel.

As we heard quite a bit about Mr. Ed’s, we decided to go check it out ourselves. Nothing fantastic.
They Reuben Sandwich was very oily. It was running down our arms. So I let it sit a minute and the bottom bread soaked it all up. Then the flavor of the corned beef meat came out. The home made chips was quite special.
The pizza was nothing special, (neither was the service). The pieces were so unevenly cut. Lucky we are adults, and to settle who got the small piece we did two out of three paper, scissors and stone.

The food was so flavorful and fresh not to mention the Margaritas were some of the best I’ve ever had! It’s a must stop if you are in Port Clinton!

Food was pretty good. I asked if it was going to be a half hour wait and it ended up being an hour to get our food. Definitely not the place to go if your in a hurry. But I would recommend trying the burger and fries

We absolutely love Mexican food, I’m not sure what happened with our dinner but the nachos were so salty we could not eat them, the salsa was loaded with garlic and tasted like spaghetti sauce, our dinners a burrito and enchilada were not hot and were gummy. We did not say anything, the bartender was nice but noticed we did not eat and didn’t ask why just cashed us out. We will not return.

The space at Riverside Cantina is undeniably cool — great ambiance, stylish décor, and a generally inviting atmosphere. The food was solid too — fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired and really overshadowed the positives.
When we walked in, we stood at the host stand for a few minutes without being acknowledged — despite four employees being clearly visible and only about ten people in the restaurant (one table and a few people at the bar). Eventually, unsure of what to do, we approached the bar. After another minute, someone finally acknowledged us and told us to seat ourselves.
Once seated, our waiter spent about five minutes sitting at the bar flirting with a coworker before bringing us chips and menus — then promptly disappeared. Another ten minutes went by before we could even order drinks and food. He went and sat at the bar for 5 minutes before bringing over waters. Throughout the visit, it seemed like the server was more invested in messing with the TV and chatting with his coworker than actually taking care of his only table.We never even got napkins.
It was a very odd and disappointing experience. While the space and food have potential, the lack of basic hospitality really made it hard to enjoy the visit.
