Stay at the Best Western here often. Restaurant is amazing. On river, great view, wow! Outside deck. Great breakfasts, usually perfectly prepared. Servers professional and friendly. Jada was awesome today!
Great hotel and restaurant, both! Highly recommend.

The food was ok. The bacon wrapped scallops were really good. The crab and shrimp melt was on English muffins, I did not like the taste. My husband got the lunch country fried steak it was good. Pretty spendy.

Review is from a hotel guest for Breakfast service.
Service was amazing. Hot coffee on the table before I even settled in my seat, and it was refilled quickly. Food was so-so. Potatoes were under cooked, egg jokes were not warm and gravy had no flavor. I had to salt and ketchup it up to taste anything.
If you stay at the hotel you get a $7 voucher. It dropped the price down to $13 for my food and coffee. With that being said, tomorrow ill skip my voucher and run across the street in McDucks.service was great, but food was lacking.

I decided this year to enjoy a Chriatmas Eve meal cooked by a professional so I could visit and spend quality time with my family, and it paid off. We had a lovely table and our server was top notch. She had just recently moved here from out of state and chose to work during the holidays so we were grateful for her dedication and time. The food was cooked and prepared to perfection and every bite was a flavorful treat. Our server was attentive and extremely friendly and made us feel at home. This is by far not our first time visiting for a meal and it will definitely not be out last, so we quickly decided to create a new memory for Christmss Eve and spend it here where we know we will be treated like family. Thanks for the creation of a new family tradition.

Nice restaurant with a relaxing vibe and mostly good food in large portions. The appetizer bread and butter is fantastic! We could have had this for our whole meal. A couple of us ordered cod fish and chips and were quite disappointed with the texture of the cod and the taste of the batter. The fries were awesome, which is saying something because I don’t usually like fries. Our companions ordered the chicken fried steak that was delicious – a crispy batter, lovely veggies, and tasty mashed potatoes and gravy. We appreciated the great service and the atmosphere. We plan to go back despite the lackluster quality of the fish and chips. The hummus appetizer was good but the pita bread tasted a bit burnt. Really good service from our waitress.

Overall, my partner and I had a great experience. Went in on a Saturday and was immediately seated. Douglas was our server, he was friendly and attentive. We started off with the clams, they were cleaned nicely with no sand or grit. They could have left the heavy cream out but that’s personal preference. I order the filet mignon and my partner got the half rack of ribs. Filet was cooked like I asked for and the ribs were tender and had a good BBQ sauce. Overall, it was a nice experience, the bill wasn’t too pricey, and we would go back.

I chose this spot for a group of seven following a memorial service based on its strong reviews and beautiful riverfront location. While the view is great, the windows definitely need a good cleaning to truly enjoy it. The experience was hit-or-miss; the drinks were well-made and the burgers were decent, but the rest of the meal didn’t live up to the price point. Specifically, the $33 halibut fish and chips felt like a frozen, boxed product. Worse, the coleslaw had spoiled; we alerted our server so they could pull it before others got sick. If you go, stick to happy hour drinks and the view, but foodies may want to look elsewhere.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday and it did not disappoint. We were sat next to the windows which have a good view of the river. Food took about as long as you’d expect for a sit down lunch. The server was very nice as half of our party didn’t show up for an hour. Our table was there for probably a total of 3.5 hours!
Appetizers and drinks were very good, entree’s were all different but equally delicious! I had the sirloin and it was cooked perfectly, one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely eat here again!

My family and I came here for the Thanksgiving dinner special and the whole experience was honestly disappointing. I had previously left a 5 star review, because we had an awesome experience. However that has changed.
We had reservations and were seated quickly. Our server, Nancy, started out friendly enough… and then basically disappeared. The restaurant was busy but not chaotic, there were several servers on the floor, so there was no obvious reason for us to be left hanging the way we were. After taking our order, she barely came back. Our food took a while (it was a holiday, so fine), but when it arrived it was lukewarm. We also had to ask for silverware because the table didn’t have enough, and the two that were wrapped and set out were actually dirty when we opened them. We had to flag her down to ask for refills on our drinks. (It’s not like we were chugging soda btw, we finished the first one and had one refill, not a wild amount.)
And speaking of that, when the bill came, we saw we had been charged for the sodas anyway. We waited 17 minutes for our server to come back so we could even bring it up. At around 22 minutes my boyfriend had to go find her at the host stand. She did remove the charges, but with a snippy “I thought that only applied during a certain time frame,” even though nothing said that anywhere.
After that? More waiting. She was standing off to the side chatting with other staff members, occasionally starting at us while we sat there obviously waiting for change. A busser eventually brought it over because our actual server apparently couldn’t be bothered. It really felt like we were the forgotten (or avoided?) table, which is not the vibe when you’re spending nearly $50 per plate for a holiday meal that was honestly very underwhelming.
Between the lukewarm food, the lack of basic service, the attitude, and having to ask for things like clean silverware and included drinks, this was not the Thanksgiving experience we hoped for.

My husband and I arrived after taking holiday decorations down and deciding to celebrate by going out to dinner instead of cooking dinner at home. We were greeted on arrival, and the servers delivered a basket of warm fresh baked bread to the table almost immediately as the drink order was taken. We both had meat choices, mine with the “Black and Blue” salad, and his with the prime rib sandwich. Both cooked the way we asked. While we didn’t experience a view of the river due to our dinner time being after sunset, we did enjoy the meal and will plan on returning as the days get longer and we can sit outdoors.
