We had the pretzel with beer cheese and a Rubin and “The slice” it’s was all very delicious. The waitress was super friendly as well the appetizer came on in 5 mins and as soon as we were done with it our entrees were ready. Great place traveling from Arkansas happy we stopped in!

For our appetizer we got the loaded nachos they came out very well, I ordered a Mac and cheese that came out amazing I definitely recommend and my friend ordered a well done loaded bacon burger they brought it out medium rare but took it back with no complaints and fixed the problem my friend did get it back just plain with no veggies or bacon we just had them take the extra fixings that were forgotten off the tab and they gladly did, either way the burger was definitely delicious as well!

We were surprised to find a really good breakfast spot at a public golf course. The interior says bar and a few rounds after a round. But my Irish Bennie had delicious hash that was not over salted (which is common). Eggs and a crunchy English muffin covered with a smooth and tasty hollandaise sauce made for a better than average Irish Bennie. Home fries were firm but also crunchy and well seasoned. I’m not a golfer but my breakfast was a birdy worth a 4.5.

I’m very disappointed I have to give this place even 1 star to leave a review. When we first walked in we were greeted by flies and a terribly stained carpet. We were told to seat ourselves and the waitress would be over in a minute. We were given our 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper menu, and my sister and I both ordered a sprite and our friend ordered a coke. When our drinks were brought over I immediately noticed a color difference between the 2 cups of sprite. Our friend tried her coke first and said it tasted funny, my friend tried her sprite and almost spit it out, so I tried my sprite and sure enough wanted to spit mine out as well. I tried a sip of the coke and it was just a cup full of coke syrup….. mine and my sisters were just carbonated water……. Upon further inspection my sisters cup was covered in what I can only imagine to be mold on the riveted part of her cup…. When the waitress came over and asked if we were ready to order, and I explained we would not be ordering based off of how our drinks came and walked out. I wouldn’t eat here if it were the only place left on earth. Absolutely disgusting! Someone would really call the health department. And I genuinely cannot wrap my head around the fact this place has a 4.1 star review!

How do you explain the difference in color between the 2 cups of sprite and the VERY CLEARLY dirty disgusting cup?! And the flies literally all over the place?! We all prefer coke products by the way

If you are looking for a great place to have a drink and have a bite to eat – this is the spot. Take is a step further and host an AMAZING dinner party at River’s Edge Grille & Tavern. NYE 2021 was our rehearsal dinner and finding a place to host 12 people not only on New Year’s but also during the pandemic was getting to be very difficult. We got recommended to contact Jonathan from Whipple Tree Winery (another must!) and he took it from there. Jonathan gave us a private room, adhered to COVID guidelines, and gave us the best NYE we’ve ever had. He gave us a set menu to choose our meals, setup a cocktail hour with yummy apps, and even pre-loaded the TouchTunes Jukebox for us. This night was really special to us, and Jonathan and his team guaranteed that. The decorations were beautiful (even had fun NYE stuff), food was delicious, drinks were perfect, service outstanding and the music was bumping. We had the most special time.

Kinda run down, the menu is very short. What we all got, the dishes were different, the flatbread was great, the size, toppings, the quesadilla was just the bread, absolutely not beef in it, the salsa was very watery. Reuben was the only thing that was really liked. Our waitress was very kind and helpful and very willing to laugh with us. The pictures of the tavern I have no idea where they got them, it’s very bland inside and chairs are uncomfortable if you want to stay and chat and have fun with your group. The price of food was not a good value for what we received.
