Philly cheese steak was absolutely delicious! As were the chips that came with it. Each were a generous portion. RBG is one of my favorite places to meet friends. The menu offers a nice variety of American food at reasonable prices. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Needless to say I’ll be back!

The wife and I honestly did not enjoy our time at River’s Bend Grill. While the staff was very social and friendly, there were a few things that I noted while being here. As soon as you walk to the door, there’s a sign that says 15% gratuity is added to carry out orders. The food was honestly not that great. The first thing that the wife and I tried were the crab cake minis and the entire breading of this appetizer tasted burnt and was probably fried in really old oil. Next we had a Cesar salad that I forgot to take a picture of. The Cesar salad was good but the croutons were made from scratch and tasted horrible. They also tasted like they were fried in the same oil as the crab cake minis. The rivers bend punch and the shrimp&scallop alfredo were both kind of bland. The Alfredo was highly recommended but tasted like there was no seasoning on anything, just cheese, noodles, and shellfish. Another thing to note is that the menu had “market price” for not just the seafood dishes but also for some of the chicken dishes as well. This means there’s not that much consistency to pricing. The price can fluctuate everyday depending on the market. Safe to say, we will not be coming back to this establishment.

The restaurant felt plain and unfinished. The booth seating is not the most comfortable. We waited close to 15 minutes before anyone came to the table. There is a bar right off of the restaurant that was VERY noisy. Not the best set up for the older couples and families with children that were there for dinner. Had the fried pickles and green beans for appetizers. Typical frozen food taste, as were the fries. Burger was cooked as ordered, but was dry and didn’t have all of the toppings requested. Veggie wrap was a bit bland tasting. Getting drink refills was a challenge. There were only two dessert options and both were lemon. The entire meal was a bit over $45. First and last visit.

Having a business tell a customer “NO” is crazy. I have options on where and how I spend my money and this place won’t be getting anymore of mine. I wanted to get the sampler appetizer its 14.99. That would have been the most expensive thing I ordered. The menu says “choose 4 items and build your own” so I wanted 2 orders of the same item and then 2 different items. I was told no, you can’t double up! I say ooookkkkk, well no appetizer for us then. They lost a $15 dollar sale, my return business and earned this review. The hostess was not really friendly after seating us and the food was bland.

Nice and clean place. Always in the neighborhood and decided to drop in. Glad we did. The waitress was so polite and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered crab balls and spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. Then for our entrees we had the shrimp and steak fajitas. The presentation was great , we decided upon that because someone beside us ordered it and it smelled so good. It was good but it tasted very bland and it had too many onions and peppers that were bland and over powered everything else. So I won’t be ordering that again. But I did enjoy my experience there Because of our waitress and because of her I gave it 4 stars. The crab balls were a little burnt and the dip tasted like butter and cheese. But the staff were A++++

AMAZING food and very nice ambience. It’s not fancy it’s just perfect. Staff is on point and friendly. The shrimp and crab options are just as good as the sandwiches and burgers and they even have items where you don’t have to choose between the two. House made sides are great and go well with the house made cheese sauce. I would definitely go here again.
