Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a great balance of casual comfort and a touch of elegance. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every dish I’ve tried has been excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better.

The service: our server was very sweet, very nice, very attentive! He checked on us and was very positive.
The best part: French onion soup, quiet dining room, crispy Diet Cokes and service.
However… the food is disappointing to say the least. The chicken on my caesar salad reminded me of the precooked “fajita chicken” that you can get at Walmart in the frozen isle – it was oddly chewy and had zero flavor. The caesar dressing was not caesar at all, I asked for ranch instead. My partner got the ribeye steak, also was completely flavorless and had a very questionable texture. Unfortunately, his vegetables came lathered in this flavored butter that he found disgusting, it was on also on a corner of his steak. The bill was about $70, which I can understand is normal for a dinner for two. All I’m saying, it is not worth the money for what we ordered. We did not say anything to the server because ultimately there is nothing they can do about the quality of the food, and they did their job.
I would eat somewhere else.

Great food and great service. I had their steak and eggs for breakfast nearly every day and it was cooked perfectly every time.
Their breakfast parfait and oatmeal was also delicious. If I stay in Bay City again, I’ll be sure to try their lunch/dinner offerings.

Went on a Sunday for brunch.
Ordered the egg white spinach frittata and added cheese and jalapeños on it. It was good. A bit too spicy . But can’t blame coz I don’t do spicy at all. Overall it was good.
Came with a side of fresh fruit which was nice.
The waffles were good.
French toasts were a disaster. Tasted like old, dry bread with a superficial coating of egg. Even with syrup, they were too dry.
The staff were nice and friendly.

I ordered the Riverfront Burger. I was not asked how I wanted it cooked. I certainly wasn’t expecting to get one that was burned. I ended up eating some of it simply because I was hungry. The waitress asked if I wanted a box for the rest and I told her no. I showed her my burger and she was shocked. They did end up comping my meal. My husband did enjoy his sandwich. And the fries were amazing.

Food was very good! We had the Steak Cobb Salad and the Reuben Sandwich with fries. Both were fantastic and we highly recommend. The French fries were so good it is worth mentioning. Highly recommend the food. The view of the Saginaw River from the outdoor patio was very nice. There is a park between the restaurant and the river which we took a really nice walk along the waterfront. Later we road on the Bay City Railtrail which we also highly recommend. Area is really nice.

It had to be one the best kept secrets in downtown Bay City on the river. We stopped in for a quick appetizer and it was delicious. They have an amazing outside patio with plenty of seating, the staff was friendly and prompt.

I had a glass of chardonnay and they gave me a quite generous pour. I also ordered the black and blue steak tips under the small plate menu and it was the best I’ve ever had. My server was prompt and I had no problems. I’ll certainly be back. The view was awesome other than the Cloudy weather.

Dined on the patio for an early dinner with 4 other ladies. Our server, Remmy, was sweet and efficient. We started with the spinach artichoke dip, which was served with pita bread and seasoned crisps. It was delicious!
Every one of us enjoyed our meals. The salads were fresh and tasty, the sandwiches, served with French fries were sooo good. The portions were large, we all had leftovers.
We all agreed that it was a beautiful and enjoyable place to get together in the future.
