Scream For Dee
Well this was my first time here. I will say the atmosphere is very calming and the music in the background is really nice. The staff I will say was great but the food was just ok. I got the chicken biscuit – a little dissected on my request. The eggs were requested to be soft scrambled…NOT. The home fries were litterally COLD and the chicken was ok…not HOT but flavor ok. It was dried out like it looked. And didn’t have the burnt taste like it looked. Will I return? For the staff and mimosa, YES! I also met a really NICE man who had recently lost his spouse – I pray for him because he is going through some health issues and I ask for your prayers for him too! I don’t recall his name but he was really nice and a conversationalist! I enjoyed my talk with him about his wife and I share sky story with him…he was very empathetic and the conversation was totally unexpected but couldn’t have been better. I hope to reconnect with him just to share conversations and the prayers he offered! What an unexpected breakfast in an unexpected place (county). Thank God for good people!

This was absolutely the worst dinner we’ve had in a long time. The crab dip came out cold, salty, oily. The Mac & cheese is dry. My chicken on the salad was pulled out of a fridge and not even warmed up so it was beyond dry and hard to chew. On top of only getting what 2 and a half slices of chicken for a salad with that much lettuce? The sandwich barely had any meat on it and was also salty. Was told the manager was going to come talk to us but instead the waitress comes out and says she took the salad off and gave us a 20% discount. Still leaving the bill at almost $50 for awful food. Currently still waiting for the manager to come out to talk to us as it’s absolutely crazy he has walked by multiple times and hasn’t even acknowledged us knowing the waitress called for him to come out and talk to us. Awful experience.

Friendly service and giant cinnamon rolls are the only positives.
The rest of the breakfast food was terrible. Overcooked poached egg (served inexplicably in a separate ramekin), CANNED corned beef hash (menu implied otherwise), burned potatoes, and bland gravy.
Would come back for happy hour but don’t think I’ll be eating breakfast here again.

Met up with a friend for lunch. Thought we’d try somewhere new to us and we were so happy we came! Casual, fun vibes. Our server was so nice and great with suggestions. The rueben and the black bean burger did not disappoint. Bar area looked like a fun spot to catch a game. Fun place for friends!

Riverbound Café has become one of my favorite breakfast spots because they just get the basics right. Mom’s Breakfast is my go-to every time nothing fancy, just perfectly cooked eggs, real crispy bacon, and sides that taste like an actual home-cooked meal. Their cinnamon buns are the kind you smell before you even see them. Warm, gooey, and ridiculously good. And their hot sauce? Easily one of the best surprises on the menu. One of my favorites in general. It’s thicker, richer, and way better than the usual bottled stuff—just the right amount of heat without drowning out the flavor. It’s the kind of place where the food feels familiar but somehow better than you remember, and it keeps you coming back because breakfast there just hits different.

Been to this location a couple of times. Today’s service by Taylor H was less than stellar. Received the grossest espresso martini and she got offended. Yeah we could tell she was talking about us to another waitress. We asked for an extra espresso to add to it to try to “fix” it. Asked twice before we got finally it. Thanks for making it awkward. French fries and onion rings (drenched with oil) were cold. Toasted sour dough was soggy. Blah. Won’t be back. They need to be more like Marty’s. Also…what bar only has one martini glass? Do better.

Olivia served my fiancé and her friend last night and they called me raving about her customer service and how much fun they had because of her kindness. Anytime we go back we will most definitely be requesting for her as our server

We came for brunch. It was really busy. We got seated right away, but it took a very long time for our food. It seems like the kitchen was struggling to keep up. The cinnamon rolls were good. I got a create your own omelette with spinach, tomatoes and feta, which was pretty good. The potatoes were ok and the biscuit was dense and not great. The waitstaff was nice.

The food use to be good here. It went from homemade corn beef hash to part of a can serving. And it wasn’t even prepared well eggs were over cooked and the English muffin was cold by the time the plate made it out so the butter couldn’t melt on it. STAY AWAY!

Stopped by with my family for dinner for the very first time and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Service was better than most all restaurants in the area and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be making a return.
