My kids and I come here every week for a special treat! The staff here is always super friendly and outgoing, which we appreciate so much. All of their choices have been delicious and fresh so far. It’s nice having a juice spot and açaí in a pinch but the service is inconsistent. I’ve walked in at 3:30 to order juice and had someone tell me it’s too late to order juice but the next time I was able to. I’ve tried placing an order on the phone, they didn’t allow me to, advising it must be made online. Today i just arrived per scheduled time to pick up my order which was placed online, but was told a woman *called* in a large order three hours earlier and it would be a while (not sure why her order wasn’t made forever ago then)- after 40-45 minutes of waiting my whole order was still not finished. I asked to cancel the remaining drinks in my order that were not completed, as I was ready to go! I obviously would not have ordered anything had I known it would take so long, and or would have canceled order online if I was able, which I was not. Good food and drinks, just be prepared for inconsistencies & hit or miss customer service.

Very tasty smoothies and protein shakes. Go to spot for taking kiddos on afternoon treat dates as they especially love the Frozen Blends. Can occasionally take 10-15 mins to get your order if they’re backed up but otherwise quick and friendly service.

Ok, this new little gem has only been open 3 days, and I”ve already been there twice! Service has been wonderful, and the smoothies have been fantastic. I love the dairy free options and the added items like avo-toast and salad wraps. Welcome to Willamette!

I had the best smoothie of my life at Riverblend! The flavors were perfectly balanced, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The shop’s vibe is fantastic—welcoming, chill, and super inviting. The location is very convenient, making it easy to swing by. The staff was super friendly, too. Highly recommend!

Ordered a juice and a smoothie and waited 45 min. Was never told it would be that long of a wait or else would’ve never ordered. Felt bad for the worker as she was alone on a busy Saturday at 1:30 pm with no help to take & make orders. This complaint goes to ownership/management.
