Jalila was absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her energy is warm, upbeat, and genuinely attentive. She checked in at all the right times, made great recommendations, and treated us like friends rather than just customers. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere.
The ambience at River Pig Saloon is just as good — fun, laid-back, and the perfect mix of lively and cozy. Great music, great atmosphere, and an overall awesome place to unwind.

Nice bar with plenty of seating indoors and outside. Its open late which is great after the concerts in bend. Food was quick and very good. Waitress was very friendly and checked on us frequently.

3/4/2026 : ordered food and around 50 minutes later, after we had flagged the waiter down, we were finally told that DoorDash orders came in. Apparently DoorDash orders takes precedence over in house orders?? 20 minutes later we received our lukewarm meal. Absolutely horrible service and no attempt to check in on us. I’m all about getting busy but check in on the customers once in a while. Not wait until you’re flagged down.

Really cool location good beer and the food had really good potential. The fries were amazing and had a great peppery seasoning on top of it. The bison burger was really good, but we ordered it medium and it came well done (My friend ordered medium rare and it came well done). The wait staff never asked how everything was, so we never told them. Maybe they were just having a bad night. I could see myself trying it again.

The patio was nice. However, the chicken sandwich was not good. The chicken was super thin and tasted old and stale. See the photo of the black cardboard? That’s it. The spicy sauce was ok, but I could not get over how thin and small the chicken was. It was smaller than my friend’s chicken strips. This is what an $18 dollar menu item looks like. The service was ok. Skip food at this bar. Not worth it.

Fun place to visit. Staff are friendly and sont rush you. Chill environment with tvs to watch different things. Our server was really nice and patient. The bison burger was good and the salad was delicious. My drink was a little different than I expected, but it was ok. I’ll try it again and check out some new items on the menu.
I can’t speak about parking because I used a ride service, but the area is nice and you can walk around the area.

Really cool ambience but the bartender in charge hates his job and takes it out on everyone who comes inside. Patrons tiptoe on eggshells around him.
He dumped out my drink after I was in the hallway for 45 seconds. When I made an honest under the breath comment “that’s not fair” he called me out very aggressively and made me repeat my comment in front of everyont. When I confessed that I made the comment he kicked me out even though I tried to be sympathetic to the situation. He doesn’t want to be in hospitality and takes it out on everyone who comes inside. I came from out of town and quickly made friends with locals who were very nice but warned me of him. I didn’t believe them. I’ve never met a bartender so unhappy. I didn’t think they exist. I was wrong. This guy is looking for people to kick out not welcome in. Most unfriendly place I’ve ever been to. I still wish him no harm. He just needs to find a place that makes him happy because he’s not happy where he’s at.

The cocktails are top notch! Stopped by after a concert for a drink. Very impressive bar tenders made two delicious cocktails. The waitress who checked on me while me partner was grabbing us drinks was incredibly friendly.
The outside area desperately needs more stools, the inside was completely packed and there was a sparse amount of stools outside that a lot of patrons were vying for. Overall great place though!

Overall a great sports bar for the Box Factory and Arizona street area. There are taxidermy animals on the walls and a nice loft area. Usually pretty busy. Good food and drink options.

Stopped in for a few drinks after the Pepper/ Iration show. Employees were super friendly. It was a welcoming environment. Outside seating with a wood fire. The chicken strips were fire. Hand breaded deliciousness. The pic is the leftovers the next day. I will go back anytime I’m down in Bend.
