Overall it’s fine. The chicken balls have a bit of an odd flavour though. The rest is bit on the bland side. The munchie box for two is enough food to reasonably feed 4 people though so keep that in mind.

The front of house are realy letting this establishment down. The food is superb I have never had a bad dish from here however the staff that aren’t cooking are really starting to bring this place down in my eyes. Lying about delivery times, getting basic orders wrong and also showing absolutely zero customer service skills. A word of advice to management would be to invest in decent staff to front your business it will make it a much better experience for us the customers that put money in your pocket.

We have used river king for a number of years and the food is usually good however the service end of things has gone down hill . It used to be about 40 mins for delivery but now every nights it’s 1 hour -1.5hours for delivery . I called to complain about the service as we are very good customers of theirs but they hung up on me while I was talking . Extremely rude , I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again .

Ordered and the girl at the front was lovely and very considerate even though she was the only one up front with phones ringing and people waiting on a busy night. Food took a good while even though it was for collection but still hot and up to usual standards. They mixed up the sauces I had asked for and before I could even realize at home she had rang me and already sent a driver down with the new ones so very good customer service!

Great food but every time I order for delivery in Straffan it’s at least 90min to 2 hours. I really like the staff and food but your delivery drivers are letting you down. Plus they never deliver to my house. It’s 40feet away because they can’t be bothered to drive in to the estate.

Fantastic choice of dishes cooked to perfection. Its a pity that the eat as much as you want opinion has been discontinued. Without doubt its the best Chinese restaurant that I’ve eaten in within Ireland. The only thing that could make this restaurant better is a lunch menu with Dim sum or even at the weekends it would be great.

Have always loved Riverking and would have recommended it widely, however over the past month or so the take away service has taken a nose dive. We have had orders with items missing 3 or 4 times, on one particular time I was told the item was not on the order even though it was the first thing I had ordered mentioning that it had been left out of our previous one. The delivery driver didn’t even get out of the car to deliver the late item and ended up dropping g it on the ground. For us it’s gone from the only place we would eat Chinese to a place we will avoid. Very disappointing
