We’ve eaten here about every other week since they first opened and have spent hundreds of dollars supporting this place. Unfortunately, today may have been the last time.
While I was standing at the counter, the cashier went into the kitchen and said to the cook, “whoever Clayton is,” referring to me within earshot. I asked her if that’s what she said, and she confirmed it and tried to laugh it off. That kind of dismissive comment, made in front of a customer, is unnecessary and unprofessional.
This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced unfriendly or indifferent service here. We’ve continued coming back because the food ranges from decent to good, but service matters just as much. Courtesy costs nothing, and basic respect should be standard in any customer-facing role.
I’ve never chosen to dine in because the interior feels dated and uninviting, but we’ve continued ordering because the food has been solid enough to justify it.
It’s Valentine’s Day, so I don’t have time to write more right now. I may update this later. For now, I hope management takes a serious look at the customer service culture here.

I ate off the buffet, with a very limited selection. Chicken was incredibly dry and tasteless, ribs were cooked well but tasteless, fish was nuggets. Sides were straight out of a can. Wife order 2pc white chicken got part of a breast and a thigh. Tea was watered down and if I say they scrimped on the sugar that would be an understatement. Mc Donald’s is next door I would recommend.

My wife and I dined here on Friday the 7th and the staff was very friendly and the food was some of the best I’ve had in a very long time, my wife had a three peace catfish dinner and eat every bit of it and I had a 5 Rib dinner that was very meaty and tender and smoked perfectly, I ate it all, all I can say is we will definitely be back. ( Very good)!!!

I ordered a 3 rib dinner plate with French fries and mac and cheese. And a Dr. PepperThe ribs were good but felt like they could’ve been a little better. The fries were pretty bland and unsalted kindof tasted like they had been out awhile. And the Mac and cheese was good. Pretty average overall. I will say that I did not try the bbq sauce and I probably should have. That could’ve made a big difference, but I just took it home and used my own sauce, which definitely inhanced the quality of the ribs. When I called to place an order over the phone service was fast and friendly as well as in the store when I came to pick my order up. It was done in about 20 mins and cost about 15$

First time here. We had about 16 people. The food was good. What was really disappointing was when we were leaving we over heard the staff in the kitchen talking bad about us. That was very unprofessional. We spent A LOT of money there, and to be so disrespectful. Needless to say we will not be back.
