Awesome food! Great choices – fantastic Mac and Cheese with Brisket – sandwich was tasty! My wife loved that she was able to enjoy Gluten Free Mac and Cheese – so good! Great spot off the square just a block off of 169 made it an easy stop for a unique meal – we will be back! Highly recommended!

Such a cute place! We only stopped in for coffee, but the food looks amazing. The coffee (and hot chocolates) were delish!
I used to come with my grandmother to Mix Bakery, so I love that they’ve kept some of the “old” things and melted them with some new things. It’s a brilliant combination of where Windom’s been and new tomorrows.

Seriously delicious food! So many homemade and farm to table options that are so good! I wish I could have tried everything on the menu! They have a bunch of signature dishes so be sure to ask your server for recommendations! And do not skip dessert at this one! The dessert may be the best part. Maybe. Also really great and personable service.

This hidden little gem is a delight from the friendly staff serving up smiles to the flavorful lunch options delivered in an aesthetically pleasing manner at break-neck speed. Our server even warmed up our bottle for the baby!

Next time you are looking for a decent place to eat that’s NOT fast food and not far off the highway,(and also really good), eat at River City Eatery in Windom. Dog friendly outdoor area. For those of us who are “just passing through” this is a great find. If there was a way to make it dog friendly in the winter we’d stop every time!

This was my second time visiting the River City Eatery and once again the food did not disappoint. I had the Greek salad (full portion- is like a tray of salad). It had a lot of things I’d never had on a salad before but it all came together well and the flavors were amazing! (I’d literally go back just to have another salad there)

Nice spot for dinner on our way to Minneapolis. Had a couple different pastas, soup, nachos. All very good. It was Happy Hour so had a $4 martini! Hit the spot.
