When the drinks are good, they’re GOOD! But unfortunately it’s kind of hit or miss based on the barista you get. My order is always the same, but the quality of it varies… It doesn’t stop me from coming back for more though!

Ironically I just left a review for Yakima’s Nob Hill (yesterday) that was 5⭐️; however, I wish it was as good in Selah… I literally buy the exact same drink everyday and everyday it tastes & looks different. Today they flat made me the wrong drink but called it the right name, um , really!? Not sure if it’s related to the constant turnover of girls or if they truly do have alot of employees, but they need better training so its consistent. Ugh! I just want the same drink but this has became a gamble & frustrating. Kinda making me not want to go here anymore

This is a continuous issue with river canyon. I don’t know wether to blame the girls, or what there heating there sweet snacks in. Every single time I come in and order a piece of banana bread they never fail to hand it to me cold, not to mention when you ask them to re warm it it’s like an inconvenience to them. The only time it’s actually hot is when you contact the owner and she gives you a free piece.

When I asked for an iced London Fog, I was told they can only do iced with black or green tea. That’s not a London Fog. So I was forced to go with hot. It was nice they used 3 tea bags on it. It tastes good, but I’d still rather have had an iced version of a basic drink. They also forgot the cream cheese on my breakfast sandwich, which they had charged me for. When I called to let them know, the gal who answered had a negative tone with me. She tried to downplay it that it was only 50 cents. Which yeah, 50 cents isn’t a big deal, but the fact that you’re gonna charge somebody for it, not provide it, and then give poor tone when informed? That ain’t it sis.

I was driving down the road trying to decide what to have for lunch. I saw a sign advertising a $6 lunch special, so I figured I would give it a try. When I walked in the door it took a while for them to acknowledge me, but they were busy with the drive thru so I wasn’t to worried about it. I found out that the $6 special was half of a salad. That didn’t sound like enough to satisfy my hunger, so I ordered from the sandwich menu. I got the turkey cranberry croissant, and it was decent enough to get a star in the review. I was offered my choice of sides, either chips, salad or soup, and I looked at the menu and the soup of the day was cheddar broccoli, so I chose that. The menu price of that was $7.95. I then ordered a 24 oz ice tea to go with it, and it’s menu price was $2.00. Somehow my total came out to $12.73. Unless this isolated building in Selah has a 30% tax rate for some unknown reason, I have been overcharged. There was no itemized receipt to show what I was charged per item, so I don’t know which menu price they were ignoring. When I got my food, the soup was chicken noodle soup, and a rather bland and disappointing chicken noodle at that. Someone spent some time and money at Hobby Lobby to decorate the place, and it’s a quiet place to have lunch, but I will not be coming back.

I was visiting town and saw this coffee shop nearby. The coffee was OK, but what really stuck out to me was hearing the staff complaining and using profanity about customers that choose not to tip. I was blown away, sitting there, listening to the conversation. Making comments like if you don’t have enough money to tip then you don’t have enough money to eat out. You never know people’s life situations and that’s a nasty perspective to have in customer service.

Used to be our go to place for coffee since we moved to Selah. Unfortunately the customer service and the drinks have been poor lately. I tried to have some understanding since they’ve been expanding but the past few times my drink has had burnt espresso and the customer service is poor. Ex. Last time I went in I stood there for awhile before even being acknowledged. I was the only person in line. Then there wasn’t even a smile or acting like they were happy to be there. Another time I had a free drink on my punch card then the girl didn’t even use it. Then when I pointed it out she said it was too late to apply it and charged me full price. Coffee was burnt then too.

Overcharged for a drink when we asked the girl at the window was extremely rude. Prices continue to rise here and customer service continues to plummet, do not recommend this place if you want respectful customer service.
