”A complete failure in both accuracy and empathy.”
I strongly advise against dining here. As a critic who values care ethics, I am appalled by the lack of regard for dietary restrictions and customer time. Despite explicitly ordering a vegetarian meal, I was served meat—a severe oversight that breaks consumer trust.
The error was compounded by abysmal service recovery. When I called to rectify the mistake (as returning was impossible due to travel costs), the Assistant Manager was dismissive and disconnected the call. There was no offer to cover a replacement delivery or provide a refund, leaving me without dinner.
The Verdict: If a restaurant cannot respect dietary needs or offer basic empathy when they err, they do not deserve your business. See attached photo of the incorrect order.
Follow up: I went the next day to resolve their error. The employee or lead helped me. She was courteous and gave me a refund. I was able to get my money back. I gave them their burrito. I wanted to take the time to see it was a much better experience a day later. I would give the employee who helped me a 5 star review for customer service.

It’s pretty good. Filling and well made. Not sloppy like fast food. About 10 bucks for a large burrito . Football ⚽️ on the TV kinda loud bury they have outdoor seating too.

I stopped in and got a burrito with rice and beans. Honestly, it was pretty bland, and I had to use the green sauce to give it some flavor. The employees weren’t very friendly, which didn’t help the experience. Overall, it was just okay.

I was driving Uber. I picked up a customer at the portland airport and brought him all the way to corvallis. After dropping off the customer, I had to drive all around town looking for an open gas station. Pretty much everything in this town is closed at 3 a m. Except Chevron gas station and Rivas taco shop.
Open twenty-four hours are some of my favorite words in the english language. So after filling my tank, I stopped by at Rivas for 2 adobada tacos. I’ve eaten here before. Many years ago. But I could not remember how the food tasted. But it didn’t matter. Rivas is the only game in town at 3:30 AM.
My tacos looked and smelled good. I asked or red salsa and got green salsa. But that’s okay. The first bite I took had no salsa at all. I wanted to test the flavor before I put salsa on. Honestly, it smelled and looked better than it tasted. Not to say that it tasted bad, but it didn’t taste as good as I expected. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give Rivas a 4. Just one point better than Chipotle. The pork was only mildly seasoned. And the texture was nice and soft. I did see guacamole on my taco, but I did not really taste it. Same with the Pico de gallo. The green salsa was ok.
It was raining heavily this monday morning, and I did not want to sit there at the drive-through with my window open. I only glanced at the taco prices, which I thought were three dollars per taco. I ordered 2 tacos and a medium Coke for $12. So I’m guessing that $3 was $5. I can only speak on the adobada tacos. They aren’t worth it.

Me and my boyfriend came here for their carne asada fries obviously this place isn’t authentic mexican food but how can you go wrong with good cheap fries and carne asada? The service was absolutely terrible, we both speak spanish but we came to the drive through speaking english simply asking what was in the carne asada fries and he couldn’t understand a single word, when we swapped to spanish he sounded so irritated and spoke to us in a rude manner. When we got to the window he threw the food at us and the food was all scrambled together when we opened the takeout. If shitty service doesn’t make you not want to go, the food also gave us FOOD POISONING. This is a horrendous place with ill mannered people please don’t give these people anymore of your money they don’t deserve it.

The middle of my taquitos were cold, the taco salad was super watery, the chips and salsa had no salsa but rather dry Pico de gallo, and the tamales were too salty and smothered in the sauce. The horchata was good. Service was fast and the staff was nice.

Got the chicken fajitas and I’m disappointed to say it was the worst mean I have ever had at a restaurant! The chicken was so dry and old that it looked like it had been made a week prior and sat in the refrigerator until they ran out of the chicken they usually use and then decided to just toss the old chicken in with some viggies and served it. This is my mine and my boyfriends go to mean when we eat out late and because every other time we have ordered it from several other places it is always really good. Unfortunately that was definitely not the case here. Sadly I do not recommend coming here to eat. The food was horrible and the service wasn’t the best the lady was kinda rude.

I went here because I was craving simple chips and guacamole. How can you go wrong with chips and guac, I thought. Even if it had been store-bought quality guacamole I would have been happy. I was shocked to find that guacamole can be made into an absolute abomination. First of all, the menu item was called chips and guacamole and cheese, so I asked for no cheese. The item came out almost nacho style, with warm chips and a spicy green sauce poured all over the chips. There was no dipping. The sauce vaguely resembled guacamole, but it was a warm, runny, homogeneous sauce. Someone might have enjoyed this, but it should not be called chips and guacamole (and cheese).
