Whoever is working at the drive thru tonight/morning 10/24 is terrible. She repeated our order to us many times and somehow kept getting it wrong. We ordered steak nachos and they gave us al pastor after telling her several times we wanted steak. She didnt give us the correct drinks after telling her multiple times. We just threw the food away instead of arguing about it and headed to Robertos down the street. They get it right every time. Waste of $28

Went here for the Wednesday chicken tacos for $.98. They are literally taco shells with lettuce. There was maybe a half of tspn of tasteless dried shredded chicken. Not worth that price at all…or any price! Inside is grimy dirty and on the door is a “passed inspection” sign. Weird! Service was quick but what do you expect for pre-made dried out tacos in a warmer. Never going back…if you advertise a special price for an item on a specific day, at least make it good so people will come back for other items on your menu! That would be the best way to build your business and keep customers coming back. We went to Jack in the box for tacos that at least have taste and meat in them for cheaper!

Went to the drive of this location and Veronica was working the drive thru at this time 2/3/26 10:51am. I order a Ham breakfast burrito with no cheese, extra ham and add bacon with 4 steak tacos. I get back home for my lunch break to eat and she gave me a regular ham breakfast burrito. Called the store and talked to Veronica and said the burrito was made wrong and agreed to make another. I arrived at the location again, now late for work and then proceeds to tell me that they cant remake the food or give a refund. Then i also brought up that i was charged for 2 burritos instead of one but denys it even tho its on the recipt. I’m completely dumbfounded about this. Not sure ill be returning here again.

Just spent over $40 for a burrito and steak fries here and the burrito was soaked in red grease and the meat was really fatty and full of grisel! Can’t believe they charge this much for this garbage!

So like their taco special this breakfast burrito special $7.50 $8.12 after tax this breakfast burrito basically is a potato burrito. Take the potatoes out and there’s nothing left a little pico very little egg very little cheese. It’s reminiscent of their Monday Tuesday $.99 taco no meat So again, They disappoint

Gave this place another chance(mainly because they are open late) don’t get me the food is good but it’s WAY too expensive to mess up my order every time but the first 12 bucks for fries and I got nachos again. At least they weren’t so covered in cilantro as to be unedible this time I guess. The trick is to not order no cilantro apparently. The customer is always wrong at rivas. It’s such a shame the did is so good because 2 out of 3 vists make me not want to come back..m

I ordered crunchy chicken tacos, and it appears they may have been prepared in advance. Upon arriving home, which is only a four-minute drive, all eleven tacos were cold. When I contacted the establishment to express my concern, I was informed that I could return the tacos for a refund, but there was no offer to prepare fresh ones. It seems they may not be interested in retaining my patronage.

Rivas is hands-down one of the best Mexican restaurants around! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served hot—every dish tastes like it was made with care. The portions are generous, and the menu has a great mix of classics and specialties, so there’s something for everyone.
The staff is consistently warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Service is quick, but never rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The atmosphere is inviting and lively, whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or enjoying a sit-down dinner with family and friends.
If you’re looking for authentic flavors, great service, and an overall excellent dining experience, Rivas is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I’m in town working for 10 days. I saw Rivas near my hotel. This morning, I wanted my favorite breakfast burrito. (Chorizo breakfast burrito with no potatoes) so I decided to try Rivas. I’ll start with What I don’t Like: The gal on the microphone Didn’t Tell Me My Cost! She said, “I’ll have your total at the window”. 🙁
I really hate that. You have my order. I deserve to know the total so I can prepare to pay!
Now, What I Do Like: 1.
The burrito size!!! Great size!
2. The RED sauce And The Green sauces. The red has a very nice kick to it. If you can’t handle spicy, don’t get it. The green sauce has a small kick but If you can handle Taco Bell’s mild sauce, you can handle their green sauce.
I only gave them 3 start for atmosphere cause the outside of Rivas needs to be redone and their menu looks old. The fall in the window mentioned they’re waiting in a new one. My total for just the burrito was $10.29
